This a a very very good service. The best locksmith! Response was quickly as soon as Juan answer he told me I will be there in 10 to 30 minutes . I had broken my garage door key inside the key. He made a duplicate key right in my house. I had called other locksmiths since last Saturday . The other locksmith never responded! Yelp 100 Challenge 2017 - #89/100 We needed a spare key for an old model Infiniti that was just gifted to us. Home Depot and Lowes do not have the blanks for the Infiniti and they suggested looking for a locksmith instead. The first locksmith my sister spoke on the phone with was quite condescending and an Adam Henry, which translates to @$$hole btw. With that kind of customer service over the phone I'm quite surprised of the high rating on Yelp. Anyhow, Second locksmith was nice and gave us a ballpark of pricing that we should expect but alas he didn't make spares for automotive keys. Third call was a charm. We were quoted a reasonable price thus we made our way to El Monte. This is a no frills establishment but with a number of great reviews. So we stuck it out despite the heat in the air-conditionless waiting area. In the end we got a regular spare key and a keyless remote for $100. Hope to not need spare keys soon but when we do we know where to go back to. read more

Juan and Jose met me at my car! I didn't have to tow my car to them. They were the cheapest when I was calling around. They came early than the agreed time, which means they're punctual! They were friendly and quick. They were able to reprogram my remote and key within 30 minutes! At the time, they didn't have the remote to open my car automatically on my van door, they told me to stop by their shop next week so he can order one for me to exchange out!! Total rip off I showed up with a saddlebag that the key was locked inside and asked the guy just to open it but I asked him HOW MUCH and he didn't answer! He proceeds to open the saddlebag and outright charges me 30 dollars for 3 minutes! The saddle bag is worth 60. I Called to get an ignition key made got my 2002 lincoln ls. . the gentleman met me at the. Carpool on 15 fwy. It was about three hours into it before he said he was having trouble he couldnt code the key. We told him we had a spare but not sure where. He asked if it opened the ignition. Once we said yes. He insisted we find it. Long story short. He complained to us about how long it took. How he should have been home already. Then he hands my man a key with just the chip taped(scotch not electrical. He refused to put the key together as it shoulf havr been . The second day the chip came ofc of the key. Guys it was sooooooo UNPROFESSIONAL. NOW NOONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AND VOICEMAIL IS FULL. MEANWHILE MY LINCOLN SITS UNDRIVABLE BC I CANT AFFORD ANOTHER 200! Key tjat looks like a first grader put together. No one has contacted me and i cNt leave a message. So sad read more
