I would suggest calling ahead to determine when he would be in the physical store as he does provide an accurate estimate. He helped me duplicate 2 set of keys in a matter of minutes for $3 each. Very reasonably priced and amazingly quick service. I would highly recommend this shop if you are not in a rush/ have a more flexible schedule!

He gave me a window of time of when he would be at the shop. When I arrived, there was someone else there who got their stearing column repair-- wtf. I didn't even know locksmiths could do that. Anyways, I got 2 sets of keys duplicated by Edwardo quickly. The keys worked smoothly, he polished them where there were no burrs. 10/10 would come again. Would I recommend to a friend? idk-- I guess it depends on the friend and if they were in a hurry.

Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. I've already shared videos and stills with the neighborhood (as we are having coyote issues), and it was so quick and easy to do. A+++ experience all around! Thank you so much, David!

So now to my experience I had talked to kenny on Tuesday of this week and asked him to give me a quote to fix some locks for 2 doors on my van plus I asked him to install a automatic unlock and lock for my van he quoted me and everything seemed perfect he told me he call me when he would get the piece and he would set me up on Friday. I got off the phone feeling relieved come Wednesday I heard nothing from him. So I called.him on Thursday. When I called he answered but there was a bad connection and he hung up. This wasnt bad because thinga like this happen sometimes and I understand that. Later on I tried calling and left a voicemail asking telling him about what we had agreed to and I wanted to see if everything was set for Friday, he didn't get back to me. I still wasnt to bothered by this because I figured he will call me when he has a chance. Latwr on during the day I sent him a text and told him about what we had talked about. I once again asked if he could let me know if we qhere still set for Friday, once again he didnt get back to me. Even though I hadn't heard from him I still cleared my morning on friday because I really needed to get this done on my van and I was hoping he would still come through. I called on Friday and still I heard nothing. I called again and I still heard nothing. Aftwr about 2 hours or so I left him a text and till now I have still heard absolutely nothing from him. Please dont waste your money or energy trying to use this person for your locksmith needs he may have the skills and when he wants he may provide good service but qhen he doeant want apparently he could care less about customer service or a customers needs. I would not want this situation to happen to you. If you are reading this kenny please work on your business skills and customer service skills alittle more. A business is not about making a quick buck. a business is simply providing a service to someone in need and exchange getting paid for it.
