VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! He has old obsoletes tools, he was banging at the lock with a screwdriver and I brought I up to him. I said wait wait... I had this done before and it was done in few seconds, his answer was, so WHY YOU DIDN'T CALL HIM! He charged me $100 hat it had to be cash, otherwise, if you want to pay with credit card he'll charge you additional $3. THIS IN REFERENCE TO YOUR REPLIED.
