Love the food here! Delicious Service is fast! They make fresh bread. We ordered Zaatar flatbread and chicken wrap. They were good I recommend this place if you would like to try Halal food.

    Soujouk and Cheese Flatbread

I saw other reviewers recommending the soujouk and cheese flatbread so I had to try it for myself. It was so delicious! I was initially worried that there wouldn't be much sausage or cheese but I was pleasantly surprised that the flatbread was nicely stuffed. There was lots of cheese, sausage, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and a delicious, tangy, slightly spicy sauce. I thought the flavor profile was quite unique. The bread itself was so flavorful and had the perfect amount of char to it. For $11 on the delivery app this was a good deal! Their other flatbreads are cheaper in price. I look forward to trying more of their menu items. This place is connected to House of Shawarma (flatbread AND shawarma?! Yum) and you can also order some grocery items.

They are good with some pastries and appetizers, but not that much with kebabs. I would say it's okay to try!

    Lamb kebab wrapped in flatbread

Ajeen is DELICIOUS. Freshly baked flatbread. Spiced lamb kebabs. Every ingredient is fresh and amazing. These wraps were so much more enjoyable than the standard shwarma pita wraps since they are toasty warm from inside to out. The lamb not only was tender and falling apart, but it was nicely seasoned with herbs and juicy. I was pleasantly surprised, you will be too!

Veggie flatbread (allegedly). Literally a few tomato slices and onion.
    Matthew J.

Like someone else (I saw too late) I got the veggie flatbread. It was literally tomatoes and barely cooked mostly raw onions. That is it. On admittedly tasty bread. Mine also didn't come with a red pepper paste but I did not ask. I just forced it down because I was starving. Everything else may be okay. I don't know. But the veggie flatbread is terrible. No wonder it didn't have an image online it's embarrassing.

Came here for lunch for the first time. They are a small shop but have plenty outdoor seating ! They also provide samples (when available) they warm up by the slice for you to try and that's what ultimately led us to deciding on our dishes. I got the Zatar and cheese my boyfriend got the Soujouk and cheese with a side of Baba Ghannouj and hummus tip: the portions are large ( so we ended up taking home some leftovers) Everything was fresh out the oven and delicious ! A must try the prices are fairly affordable and worth the portion and flavor you get.

    Interior/Inside- Ordering Area

Ajeen offers traditional Middle Eastern flatbreads that are hard to find at most places. They not only offer the more traditional options, but they've created a fun twist by making the flatbreads into sandwiches. All the bread is made fresh on site when you place an order. And all of their meats are halal. Ajeen has very close vibes to Manakish in Philadelphia. Everything is honestly really good, so if you follow personal preference you'll land on a good option. We really enjoyed the chicken and soujouk sandwiches. Prices are fair, portions are good, and they offer indoor and outdoor seating.

Super cute place with great service and decent prices. A zaatar pita is $4.50, or $5 and change including tax. It's super herby and not salty at all, a great vehicle for toppings or just a snack on its own. The owners are very nice and the bread gets heated up on the spot so it's perfect to snack on on the way home on a chilly evening. I forgot to get a picture, but I will definitely be back!

This spot was recommended to us through a friend and we were so happy we tried it out! We were able to place our orders online which saved us time when we went into the store. The menu is clear and the website is easy to use. The employees were very friendly and helpful and had our orders ready for us! Their variety of flatbreads that we tried were muhamara, muhamara with cheese, soujoukh, lahm ajeen, zaatar, zaatar and cheese and they were absolutely delicious. The dough was perfectly cooked and the spices were perfect. The lemon and pepper on the lahmajun made the flatbread taste phenomenal. Coming from an Armenian background this was truly a taste of home. We can't wait to go back!

After having an order from another restaurant cancelled at 9pm tonight, we scrambled to find another restaurant that was still open. Luckily we found Ajeen! They're open late! We ordered the Soujouk and cheese flatbread, mouhammara flatbread, kebab plate and a side of babaghannouj. Order came pretty quickly within 30 minutes. Food was warm and fresh. All of the the bread was so fresh and tasty! Mouhammara was great, soujouk and cheese flatbread delicious, kafta kebab and baba ghannouj very flavorful. All food tasted great. We were so hungry, that I forgot to take a picture, so this is what was left of the food after we had eaten lol! Really great food, highly recommend them. Will definitely order again.

My kids and I enjoyed the original and chocolate cheesecake. Fluffy, rich flavors and just enough sweetness to know you are eating dessert. Hands down I go for japanese and Chinese bakery over American and the Latin sugar loaded baked goods any day that is all around where I live. but...... Yes, it's rather expensive similar to other niche specialty bakery prices whether it's an Italian, Greek, French or Japanese bakery. At the same time, here you get the hustle, hurry up and order your stuff and get out of the way old school Chinatown service. If you good with that, then all is ok.

I ordered an Ube cheesecake and repeated my order as it seemed there might have been some miscommunication. I was in a bit of a rush due to limited parking and unfortunately didn't check my bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized I had been given a different cheesecake than what I ordered. I decided to keep it rather than return, as going back to Chinatown wasn't convenient at the time. The cheesecake itself was also disappointing in texture and freshness--it felt quite soggy and not as fresh as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I don't think I would return.

Portuguese Egg Tart葡撻: The shop keeps the egg tarts in a warming box, which is very thoughtful. I've always preferred the cookie crust of old-fashioned Hongkongese egg tarts; they don't crumble or feel sticky in your throat. The custard filling looked a bit overbaked on the surface, but it was still smooth and creamy inside. The milk and egg flavors were qualified, and it was not too sweet. While not particularly amazing, it definitely deserved 4 stars, especially for a Cantonese person like me who hasn't had egg tarts in a long time. Hongkongese Egg Tart蛋撻: The crust is the same as the Portuguese egg tart, but the custard filling seems a bit more diluted, with a lighter milk flavor and a stronger egg flavor. People who aren't used to it might find it a bit eggy. I still prefer the former. Custard Bread奶黃包: Recommended by the owner, and it was definitely the best thing there! I ate it the next morning, but the bread was still soft, and the crust wasn't dry. The custard filling was generous, sweet, creamy, moist, and had a slightly grainy texture. Sausage Bread腸仔包: The seasoning was quite interesting, with a hint of wasabi (?). However, the sausage itself was just average, with a slightly starchy texture. Breads generally cost $2-4 each, and here four items were only $8+, enough to last me all day Important Reminder: Cash only for orders of $10 or less.

It was adequately busy but still had seats open. The lunch menu is very affordable! If you can, I'd highly recommend going for lunch instead of dinner. Service was really quick! The second time I went back, I ordered take out so I could eat it at the airport for dinner. I ordered the Sake Maguro Hamachi don, added ikura and negitoro. Again, so impressed with the quality of the fish and the size of it. They didn't skimp out and really enjoyed the thickness of the sashimi despite it only being 3 pieces.
