I would not recommend Gordon or work with him again. As a landlord and property investor with more…read morethan 20 years of experience, I've worked with many contractors, and this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Throughout the project, Gordon was difficult to work with. He frequently failed to show up as scheduled, communication was often confrontational, and routine discussions too often turned into arguments. The quality of the work was also a significant concern. I later discovered that some of the electrical work had not been completed correctly, including wiring that was not properly routed through a junction box before connecting to the main electrical system. Even basic items, such as failing to label electrical circuits, were identified by the city inspector during the inspection. Before the project was complete, I had to replace Gordon with another contractor at my own expense. The project ultimately ended with Gordon leaving before completing the work, despite having already been paid for a portion of it. I was left to hire another contractor to finish the job and absorb the additional cost. Based on my experience, I would not hire Gordon again or recommend his services.

After all that, they did not fix the problem and told me they would come back the next day to try something else the next day with additional charges for the job. I asked if they would guarantee to fix the problem with yet another visit and additional charges and their response was that there was no guarantee and this was just another step to try. So basically I was paying for their trial and error and their on the job training!! This was a money pit with no end in sight and I was not getting into a situation where I was not guaranteed of the results while the meter was running. I decided to call another plumber who told me that if he fixed the problem he would charge me the applicable fee and there would be no charge if he could not fix the problem. That plumber fixed the problem in 30 minutes because he had the right equipment and the expertise to get the job done. I called Tony Flores and explained the situation to him and that I was not happy with the inexperience and or lack of the right equipment to complete the job. I should not have to pay for a job that was left undone and with no guarantee that it would actually be fixed. In fact, they left a bigger leak in the drain than before they started. He threatened legal action and to put a lien on my property if I did not pay for the inexperienced plumbers he sent me. Be wary when dealing with this shady business. I only used this business because of a recommendation from someone but in hindsight sight, I should have used a business that actually guarantees their work and sends experienced plumbers to do the job.

They covered all the floors and furniture before they started and then arranged for a painter to patch and paint all the holes in the walls and ceilings when they were finished.
