She was extremely apologetic and seemed shocked that I hadn't received the estimate. She said they'd get it over to me that day. July 7th, called and spoke with Christy yet again about the estimate. This time, she rushed me off the phone saying they'll get the estimate over. Today, July 10th, still no estimate. This is not a company I'd do business with.

The simple task was to upkeep the yard in the condition it got cleaned to for certain amount. They have been failing to do the job if supervision is not applied. Furthermore, when you ask them why they stopped watering the bushes for example, the answer was to pay them $25 more per visit so they hold the hose for 5 min. They do not upkeep the yard, the trees started to die, too much weed killer as well, perhaps. We never watered those bushes when we lived there, they are native to the desert and never died. The yard grows some weeds, oops, it is $120 more to spray the " extra" weeds. Because they have not being upkeeping or over spraying with weed killer, the bushes and the small trees started to die. I have a dead young palm tree as well. When you tell them to do what you have being paying them for, it is an extra $100 per visit. What have you been doing for the money you get? The bushes and small trees are the only things to maintain. Have you being mowing the rocks? When you do the " cleaning and maintenance trip" and you charge without getting the job done consistently, then ask for extra money to do what you were getting paid for and you did not do, it is a scam. $220 per hour for yard maintenance visit? I'm sorry , it's not BMW dealership service shop.

This time, we were going to check their reviews and compare at least 3 reputable companies, before getting in bed with another thief. We found Sun of the Valley landscaping on Yelp and our first impression was a quick response from Liliana. She next came to our house to do an assessment of our yard. She is an absolutely lovely person. Genuine, professional and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what had to be done and said she'd get back to us with a quote. I don't need to say that our yard was in quite a state of neglect when we found Sun of the Valley. She gave us a very competitive rate and even told us that they would send us pictures of the work and come every two weeks! This seemed too good to be true. But before we could get to maintenance, we had to get the yard back to a baseline level. It had been neglected for years at this point. Sun of the Valley came and did an amazing job on our poor yard. They even trimmed a tree that had overgrown near our back gate. The work they did was TRULY AMAZING! Transformative! There were several plants that had seeded themselves all around the yard. Sun of the Valley took care of those plants and put them in perfect locations. They trimmed back all of the weeds, trimmed down overgrowth, took care of some of our broken water lines, trimmed our palm tree, fertilized our orange trees and so much more. They have kept their promise and then some. We have decided to sell our house, and they have been so accommodating to our specific needs. Recently, they trimmed the ivy on the side of our house so that it could be painted. Whatever it is, they do it, and do it without ripping us off, send pictures and are so reasonable. We feel truly blessed that we finally found the perfect landscaper! Too bad it's after we've decided to relocate to Buffalo, NY permanently! We almost would have stayed in AZ if we had found them sooner. If you find this landscaper, grab them and don't let go. They're going to do everything you need and make your yard and home look amazing. They come every two weeks, for less money than almost everyone charges for once a month. And, they do it well.

His scheduling was flexible and he was able to come and do the work within a week. He showed up within the time window he gave me and they checked in at certain points of the work to make sure I was happy with the amount they were trimming. They also took care when trimming over my neighbor's driveway and near my roof. I will be happy to call him again when I have landscaping needs. They did a great job.

I decided that it was time to have it removed, so I received quotes from multiple service providers. Jesse and his team at Next Level Tree provided a competitive price and were easy to talk to and schedule with! The quote also provided that they would grind the tree stump and have the trash removed. They showed up bright and early and started preparing for the tree removal. Jesse talked me through it and asked if we wanted to keep any wood for firewood. It was a great idea, so we had them leave us some. Then they got to work and had the tree down shortly. They are pros and have all the certifications and experience you could ever ask for. These guys can bring a tree down EXACTLY where they want to - check out my video. Apparently they even do competitions where they can bring a tree down on a beer can. After bringing the tree down, they quickly removed all the branches and sent those through the wood chipper. The entire tree was cut into a few dozen pieces and gone within another hour. Then they got to work on grinding the stump. Next time I looked, they had cleaned up everything and move our stones over where the tree had been so you could not even tell there was ever a tree there.
