Today was our annual tune up with AirTime. Jacob Latin was our technician. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jacob was also very helpful with special requests I had upon entering our home. I highly recommend this company and this young man. We requested that he be our regular technician. Appreciate you Jacob read more

The sales staff was prompt and friendly. The price was lower than other estimates and included additional required upgrades to my home. The installers were awesome. They were knowledgeable and did excellent work. I had a new Trane heat pump installed, and it works perfectly. I would recommend Air Time and Sales-Tom, Installers- Joe and Shawn. read more

I've worked with this company for years and I totally spaced leaving a review. We had work that needed to be done recently and they were quick to respond. Rates were some of the best in the valley (I got about 8 other quotes) and I sincerely appreciate that after all these years they remain very competitive with pricing. As for the work, it's always done quickly and they never make us wait long (especially when it's actually hot outside). The owner is also really good about breaking things down, I'm a bit "inquisitive" and he is always transparent with me when I ask lots of questions. What I appreciate about him the most is the low pressure he puts on each interaction, I mean, I have several messages in my inbox right now from other other companies that make me cringe. Anyways! I'll continue to do business with Air Time. Thank you! read more

Amazing service ! Great prices! I'd highly recommend. Do your research and you'll see.

I have to say, I am very critical when it comes to people working on my house. I do most of the work myself and I expect others to complete every job as if it's on their own house. First, AirTime was super prompt and friendly answering my phone on a Saturday. They sent Tim out same day. Tim was super friendly and explained everything. He did not recommend anything that was not needed and was able to apply a temporary fix until the manufacturer part was ordered. I definitely recommend Tim from AirTime! read more

Had to wait a month to book a simple ac tune up. Didn't show for the appointment which was a total waste of time. Tried to reschedule and that appointment was also canceled. Ended up calling one of their competitors instead. read more

Of course, my ac unit would go out during an Arizona September heat wave! Gosh! Luckily for me and my family, Air Time send out Jordan and Vinny at 5am! They were so knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Jordan explain everything to me step by step why Vinny jumped right into work. The crane came and left so swiftly that I didn't even hear it. After the unit was replaced, Jordan came in and showed me how to use the new thermostat as well as gave me some pointers for good a/c unit health. I'm grateful Highly Recommend. Thanks guys! read more

So happy to have found AirTime to service our A/C! They are a stand-out company in terms of responsiveness, quality of service, pricing and integrity. So refreshing! AirTime is definitely my go-to for any future cooling and heating needs, and I would give them 10 stars if that were an option. read more

I cannot recommend AirTime enough. Jacob and Ashton were beyond helpful and kind as I was in a tough situation thanks to another not-so-great local AC company. They showed compassion, we're responsive, patient, honest, and professional. I also greatly appreciate that they never tried to push anything on me to try and close a sale, but we're there and ready once I had made my decision. I wish I could put into words how grateful I am but this is the best I can articulate it. Thank you, again!!! read more

AirTime Cooling and Heating - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

This was such a pleasant experience. The last company I used told me I needed a new unit, but I knew better. They quoted me upward of $14,000. Sometimes it's hard to find a good and honest company. I am so please to have found and use this company. I will keep their information for future use. They are the best. read more

I do not normally write review but I just have to come here to write this review. It is important for you all out there to know what's going on. I used to love the prompt service of the customer service and the courteous and friendly technicians who came out to my house. I bought 2 new 17 seers AC from the previous owner, Bryan, 2.5 years ago. I have them come out twice a year to do a thorough check and tuning to get ready for the summer and fall. Since the company was sold to a new owner last year, it has been hell getting through their phone lines each season. I was told that many technicians have left Airtime Cooling and Heating. Their phone lines ring for 3 seconds and disconnect instantly. All their phone numbers that you can find on the internet are not reachable. I would not use them if my AC wasn't still covered in the warranty by Airtime Cooling and Heating company. read more

AirTime was the fastest and most responsive of all the vendors I consulted for our AC repair. They were able to get a technician out within a day. Their prices were competitive and I'm happy with the options they discussed with us, both for an immediate resolution and for long-term maintenance. read more

This is the BEST AC company I have worked with in AZ. They are quick to schedule with. They explain everything clearly and do exactly what they add in your quote. Everything is cleaned up after work is completed as it was when they arrived. Axel is so courteous and professional. He goes above and beyond any customer service I have dealt with. Thank you!! read more

We have used Airtime for years. They installed a new Trane about 7 yrs ago successfully. Our heat stopped working a few weeks ago & we had to call them out for service. Jacob came & was just a really exceptional employee. He was thorough, explained all of our options in detail, he was honest, knowledgeable, clean cut, respectful, personable & he fixed our issue without breaking the bank. And most importantly...he was soooo sweet to our 2 big dogs lol. But really, I hope Jacob comes out ANY & EVERY time we have an issue. He's just a really great young man. We are currently nice & toasty on a chilly winter night. Thanks, Airtime/Brian & of course Jacob. :-) read more

I have been using Air Time for the past four years. They are the best! Recently, I phoned in the a.m. & requested a service call. I hoped they could fit me in that day, as I was leaving town the next afternoon. Unbelievably, Ashton did just that, and, at a time convenient to me. The tech, Josh, was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was able to solve the AC issue so that I could travel with peace of mind. Air Time is a keeper. read more

AirTime Cooling and Heating replaced my HVAC system in November 2020 and we have been very pleased. Brian was very responsive and informative and provided a very fair quote. They also handled all the paperwork for SRP and manufacturer rebates. Brian allowed us to make this big and expensive decision without constantly pestering us to see if we'd "made a decision yet" and I really appreciate that. The installers showed up right on time and did an excellent job. They kept me updated throughout the day with texts and pictures (I wasn't home.) When they finished, everything looked great and the only indication they had been there, was a comfortable home with new HVAC units. They also cleaned the air ducts and dryer vents. I could not believe the amount of lint in the dryer vent. GET YOUR DRYER VENTS CLEANED!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC system. read more

Was well pleased with Air Time. A man came to our home prompt and checked out our old unit. It could be saved but not knowing how long it would last. It was 13 yrs. old so I opted for a new Trane unit. They came the next day and took out the old unit and installed a new unit. The man was very friendly and diligent. The whole thing took approximately 4 hours. The cost was quite reasonable. I would most assuredly recommend them. read more

Great service, great pricing and great technicians. Replaced our 30 year old unit. Ashton was professional and super helpful. Compared to the quotes I got from other companies, AirTime was the most reasonable. I appreciate their professionalism and care. Si Yu'us Ma'ase (Thank You)! Airtime Cooling and Heating replaced 2 HVAC system in my house in Oct 8th, 21. What an outstanding job from A to Z! It started with Brian who provided initial and free estimates in May'21. We have received a few quotes with similar price ranges and equiments. It was Brian's responsiveness, clear communication, none pressure, and professional business ettiques that drove my decision of selecting his company. He patiently answered phone call each and every time i had clarifying questions. And never was a time, I felt pressure in making this big decision The clear communication and promptness theme continued on to the installation day. Airtime called the day before and stated they would like to arrive at 4:30am and knocked on the door at 5:00am. When I came out at 4:30am to unlock the gate, Vince, the installation manager, was already there and greeted me. Airtime team really demonstrated customer orientation and prompness. The installation crew, Vince, Josh, James, and Jordan quickly assembled and started their work The crew wrapped up the installation, system testing on both Hot and Cool setting, and then proceeded to the cleanup stage around Noon time. The test showed some adjusments needed on the blower in the attic and Josh identified the issue and addressed it quickly I am very delighted and highly recommended Airtime Cooling and Heating. They did an outstanding job. Now i'll save the best for last. Today, i called Brian to express my Thanks and also to follow up on logistic for the 2 year service that was part of the installation. He did not answer the call. I did not leave any message as I wanted to say Thanks directly. Two minutes later, Brian returned my call. First thing he asked.. How is the HVAC system working. Is there any adjustment needed? This is Customer Orientation at its finest. Thank you, Brian and your installation team. Well Done read more

AirTime Cooling and Heating - Trane XR17 condenser Unit - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

wouldn't recommend, way over charged for service rendered. Was supposed to service 2 rooftop units plus check around roof penetrations and repair one thermostat wire. They caulked around roof penetrations, took a tup of roofing tar and a whole 5 minutes, replaced 3' of thermostat wire, again probably $5 worth of wire and again probably 5 minutes to do and changed one capacitor. did not do any regular service like clean coils, lube moving parts or any of the other normal service work. Did not come inside to check if the units were working properly, was there about 1 hour maybe 1 1/2 hours. Charged $777 . The capacitor was $249 to change it so that means they charged $528 for $20 of material and maybe 10 to 15 minutes of work. Not even sure they did the capacitor, never seen old part and he conveniently didn't take picture of new one installed read more

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I would give these guys 10 start if I could. I called at 12:30pm to report issues installing a nest thermostat after spending two hours figuring out the thing (online instructions were far away from reality). I was honestly expecting availability towards the end of the day, yet somehow and against all predictions, Mark showed up at HOUR LATER to help me with the issue!!! While setting up the thermostat, I took another shot and asked if the unit could get the yearly checkup; Mark had no issues with that either!! He not only made sure everything was in working condition but fixed up an clogged drain!! Two hours after calling in, my issue was resolved and my unit is ready for the summer!!! THANK YOU AirTime Cooling and Heating!!! read more

This is the company you want to use. I used another company, then had AirTime (Jacob) come out and check, what they did. The difference is night and day. Jacob took his time, is knowledgable, courteous and thorough. I'm happy I found a company I can trust. I highly recommend AirTime!!! read more

AirTime Cooling and Heating was excellent from start to finish. Brian (the owner) did the estimate. He was very informative about the options, equipment, process, and provided a competitive estimate. Including installing a Nest Learning Thermostat I bought at Costco for no addition charge. He even provided a bit of advice on installing a scoop to redirect more air into my south facing living room which is the hottest room in the house. I made and installed the scoop myself and it's working. Once I made my choice between six 4+ star contractor estimates, AirTime rose to the top and was able to get the install done within a week. The crew of James, Jordan, and Vincent did a commendable job, were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They also were Hank, my dog, approved. I got exactly what I wanted without any issues. Highly recommend them. read more

I will only call AirTime for my HVAC needs. I was new to Arizona and the house I bought had an older AC unit (1999 Carrier) so I knew it would need to be replaced soon. AirTime has been able to squeeze an extra 6 years out of my unit when they could have very easily just sold me on replacing everything. Honesty is everything when looking for a good company and AirTime has proved their integrity. I will only use AirTime while I live in the valley. read more

Was recommended to AirTime by a coworker who was impressed with their speedy service and honest work. I had a reoccurring problem with my AC unit and, after calling my usual guys to check it out but finding them all backed up, I called Airtime and I'm glad I did. Axel was prompt and at my home within the quick timeframe they said he would be, he spent a long time checking and rechecking the issue and ensuring we had cold air blowing in the hot summer months. I called them back a few weeks later for another issue and they were again very professional and quick to respond. This time around it was a bigger issue but Axel got the needed part that was under warranty and quickly fixed my issue again. I would highly recommend Airtime and their professional staff to anyone. read more

Is there such a thing as an honest AC repair company??? Look no further. I actually used yelp to request quotes on my non-functioning AC unit. ATCnH responded quickly and was able to get me a same day appt, within 3 hours of calling. Grant Meile came to my house on time, and was very professional. I love that he wore a mask the entire time he was inside and outside of my house. I have had my AC unit serviced and fixed in the past, and never have I observed a company using the AC sensors inside and out of the house. Very good tech!! Also, my system is R22 and some companies will over charge to service your system as much as $150 a pound. I had a company that wanted to charge me $322 for two pounds of R22...(ridiculous) Airtime Cooling charged me $80 ( 20% Yelp discount on the total bill) a pound and got my system up and running in no time. Honest, high tech, professional technician, covid safe... easy 5 stars. Thanks again for great service. Grant also gave me estimates on how much it would cost to replace my 22 year old system. read more
