I cannot say enough good things about working with AirTech! They were so communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process. Jeremy was super thoughtful in explaining everything and checking in on us during the entire installation of our new HVAC. He was determined to help us get the best deal and was well informed, and also so nice! The entire crew was kind and friendly and efficient, Edwin was our lead and he made the process so seamless and we loved working with him. My husband and I both go into the office and we left the crew at home with our 2 dogs who got excited every morning for their best friends to arrive! Everyone was so great to work with, we couldn't have made a better choice! read more

Leo is a great guy to do business with. He's very honest, professional and does incredible work. Came out on time and as promised to service our A/C the next day, despite being super busy due to a heatwave. read more

Excellent customer service! Leo knows his business- recommended the latest and greatest split AC unit for my mancave at a fair price! Highly recommended read more

Great family company! The owner, Javier, is an honest and fair shooter. He bid and completed our job in four days. His pricing is very competitive. I would not hesitate to hire him again. read more

Highly Recommend! Leo, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with--no pressure, no upselling, just honest and reliable service. Pricing was fair and transparent. Ivan and the rest of the crew were efficient, professional, and had us up and running the same day. Couldn't be happier with the experience! read more

Thank you AirTech for helping me replace an almost aged out system . Great price kept his appointment we agreed upon . Great people to do business with . Very courteous and professional. I will recommend them to my friends and family . Thank you Leo read more

Our AC unit wasn't cooling properly. Something was wrong with one of the parts, and Leo replaced it as it was under warranty. I remember when he replaced our AC unit a few years ago, some other companies offered cheaper quotes to replace our AC unit. We are grateful that we chose Leo & his company as he used a brand new unit with a real warranty so I didn't have to pay for those replacement parts. Definitely makes a huge difference spending just a little bit more to get excellent service with a company they uses new parts that actually work. He & his guys communicate via text are on time and always professional. I have recommended this company to all of my patients that need work for their heating/air conditioning systems and he has taken great care of all of them. Very grateful to have found his company Cheers! DocMikeChiro read more

Leo responded to our request to move an AC unit that was obstructing the window. The request was filled within 2 days of a call. The unit was moved and serviced with the area left completely spotless. A few days later, the AC was not cooling, and Leo came out the same day to assess-turns out the electrical power had been shut off by another contractor. Later, Leo responded via text to a question I had within minutes of my sending. This is truly a responsive company. I just moved to the area and will be a returning customer forevermore. I highly recommend this company for any AC and heating needs. No need to look further. read more

Great service with incredible work. The price was much better than the other quotes I had received. The owner Leo was very helpful in explaining the entire process and answered all my questions. I am very happy with Airtech and will recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again. read more

Leo and his crew did an amazing job. I was quoted over $2200 to repair my furnace bye another repair company but Leo saved me a small fortune. They were super courteous and clean and even called me couple days ago to follow up to make sure that the system was working well, thank you guys for your honesty and excellent work and if I can give you six stars, I would. read more

AirTech to the rescue! I was out of town and got a call from a person in the house that the AC was not working-fan not running in outside unit. Leo sent a technician over that day during a heat wave, and they, correctly, diagnosed a bad capacitor, and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I built my own house, so know how some companies can really put the screws to you, but they do not. I highly recommend them. read more

Ever since AirTech installed a house system 7 years ago, we have had to chase them down for 1) faulty installation (major leak) 2) motherboard failure 3) basic service. Leo rarely returns phone calls and then repair work takes up to a month to complete after multiple multiple phone calls. read more

Same day service. Fixed the issue quickly. Actually they got us within an hour or two of calling. Price wise it was mid to higher end but totally justified given a call on Monday morning in July! Thank you! read more

I used Leo for years. I used his maintenance service until he started charging TRIPLE the cost of companies that did exactly the same thing. He is not responsive and does not return calls. Do yourself a big favor and choose a different company. read more

What a great first impression. I called Air Tech, and got an appointment scheduled promptly. My heating system was not working at all, so I was very grateful that they could get come out quickly. And Leo arrived, right on time. He was very courteous, and he wore a mask :) And the problem was just a burnt fuse, so Leo was in & out very quickly. I highly recommend Air Tech for any HVAC work that you need done! read more

AirTech consistently provides good service. Today, Andrew was sent to address a few things that I had been postponing. He was extremely knowledgeable, communicated very well, and took care of everything thoroughly and efficiently. A double bonus: the parts needed were stocked on the truck! Great start to my day. read more

My primary drain was clogged on my AC. I asked Oscar to fix the drain and check on the overall health of the system. He fixed the drain, told me about a few things that could have been done better (added to the to-do list) and we were done. 'Fast and efficient. The only thing that would have made it better is if they took Amex. read more

Leo responds quickly when contacted, and his team shows up quickly as well. They do efficient work and clean up after themselves when finished. Even after installing the air conditioner, Leo's team still comes and does a nice job servicing the AC over the years. I would definitely have him install a new unit if I ever needed one. read more

We used these guys twice. They came pretty quickly which was SUPER awesome! I don't know much about ACs so I couldn't elaborate on what the problem was or what they did exactly....but they were able to fix it. Price-wise, they're not cheap but not terribly pricey either. And they totally helped replace a part that was under warranty which is why I appreciate them and also why they will get our repeat business!!! I did purchase a Yelp Deal for the first time they came out but not the second time of course. In a heat wave though, I appreciate their prompt and courteous service. Thanks AirTech! read more

Both technicians were on time and so nice! They did a thorough job of making sure everything checked out properly. They told me when I needed to have it serviced. I hope they send the same techs. read more

Our AC had been leaking water into the ceiling for a while. After calling someone I found on google and paying them $50 to come out they told me that I needed a new AC unit for $5000+. Given that the unit blew cold air I thought that sounded wrong. We live on the westside and it's not that warm often so I just forgot about it until the recent heatwave when our place was hot. I called AirTech, they sent someone out the next day who found a hole in the condensation drainage line. Fixed it for a reasonable price and now we're all set. Highly Recommend. read more

We have used Air Tech before but today in our business we thought we smelled smoke. We called the office and they said they wouldn't be able to help till Monday. But we could be put on a waiting list. Their tech called me back in 15 minutes and was here in under 30 minutes. He checked out our system and everything was fine. He changed our filter and checked out everything. It put our mind at ease and he was professional and helpful. I know with other companies that they would have said the carburater was out. And then we would have been out $500! I whole-heartily recommend this company! read more

I am a failed home warranty client. I attempted to work with the company to repair/replace my AC in the middle of a heat wave. I was unable to and called AirTech. All of the employees are amazing! They truly care. They replaces my AC, gave me reasonable options, abs made sure it worked properly. I would recommend this company to anyone! read more

Oscar gave me a call towards the end of the 2 hour window to make sure that it was still okay to service my AC problem. I've been skeptical of technicians making the quoted time frame let alone showing up! So I really appreciated him calling. Oscar was very pleasant when I met him and quickly diagnosed the problem. He even snapped a few photos with his iPhone so I could see the issues without having to go up into the attic. I highly recommend AirTech! read more

Oh man, these guys are the best! I experienced a hellish situation the other day where my central a/c (drain line) was backed up and leaking water into the house, and Oscar fixed it in a jiffy. Totally honest, and very trustworthy. Very happy with the results! Thank you again Oscar! read more

Airtech has been servicing my HVAC unit for the past 1.5 years with exceptional work and customer service. I recently hired a 3rd Party Air Duct cleaning company and they mistakenly informed me that my HVAC unit is missing a filter and has not been maintained. I immediately called Airtech to resolve this matter and they answered my phone call during non-working hours and scheduled an appointment ASAP at no charge to come and verify that they have indeed been working on the correct unit. Thanks again Oscar for going above and beyond to resolve this matter. I truly appreciate it!!!! read more

AirTech was recommended by a reputable company who themselves could not handle servicing our furnace. I was at the end of my wits with the gas company that said it would take nearly three weeks to come out and start the pilot on a furnace that has not been used for a few years! So after calling plumbers and running into roadblocks left and right, I called AirTech. I was quite frustrated by this time, but much to my surprise they were able to schedule me within an hour of my call! Oscar came out in less than an hour, checked and started the furnace, checked for carbon-monoxide levels, and then there was warmth!!! The fee was reasonable, and Oscar was friendly, but professional and knowledgeable. I was relieved and grateful and you can be sure I will call them in the future for all heating and air conditioning issues. Don't hesitate to call these people, they are all about service! :) read more

Leo and his guys are fantastic! Two years ago he and his crew replaced our hvac in our old condo, and when we moved into a house we knew the 40 year old hvac system would soon need replaced, but we didn't sweat that end of it, knowing that Leo was only a phone call away. His team is quick but thorough, nice and highly skilled. You get your money's worth with them. read more

We had an unusual annoying chemical smell coming from our attic by the heater. I called Leo at AirTech and he sent out Oscar. Oscar fixed our problem and what a lovely guy! So glad I called them! Got up this morning, no strange smell! Thank you! read more

Leo is the man! Airtech installed a new air/heating unit in a house I just bought. The crew was extremely professional and efficient. They even installed a new vent in a room that had none at no extra cost. The price was extremely reasonable as well! There really is no need to call anyone else. Seriously! read more

I'd don't write many reviews but am compelled to document how wonderful it is to work with Leo and his team at AirTech. We had an undersized system in our house, prior to awarding AirTech the job we received many estimates. Leo from AirTech was it only the most reasonably priced but also the most thorough with the estimate. Leo was able to size the proper unit to cool our house, not only is our house much cooler in the summer our electricity bill are lower. We had same minor questions about the install months later, Leo always made himself available to ensure that any concerns are tended to. AirTech really stands up to there work, can't say that with many companies out there. Thanks AirTech for your wonderful work and to continue to stand behind your installs. read more

With the California heat and summer into full swing I was in caught in a large issue when our home AC gave out on us after repairing it 2 years prior, I felt like everything was literally melting down on us. Luckily the guys were able to check out my now dead AC, and were able to put in a whole new system for a way better deal then when I fixed it with another company. Thanks guys, now because of you I'm able to escape the heat in the comfort of my own home read more

Leo came out to help us out with an inspection when we were buying our first house and let us know about all the issues that we'd have to fix. Once we got the house he came out and his awesome crew was here all day doing a really difficult installation. Fast forward to a few weeks later when the AC starting having an issue, wouldn't turn on, and was short cycling. It was 6pm on a Friday night, so I figured I was out of luck, but I called Leo's number expecting to get an answering machine. He picks up and lets me know he's just finishing another job nearby and will be over right away. My mind is blown. He shows up, gets up on our steep roof in the dark and fixes the issue. He saved the day and absolutely did not have to come out when he did. Talk about awesome customer service. We'll be calling him for years to come, I'm sure. Give these guys a call, they're awesome. read more

I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Oscar came out, assessed the problem, went and purchased the part, came back and fixed my heater. 2 hours total time. Great! Thanks Guys read more

Very impressed with this company: I called them at 8am this morning (Saturday), spoke with Oscar, who said he'd be here between 12 and 2pm. He called at 11:30 to say that he'd be early (yes, you read that right - early). In no time, Oscar diagnosed the problem, made suggestions regarding possible fixes and explained everything in detail. Moreover, this company offers a very competitive pre-paid service plan where they will follow up with you at specific intervals to set maintenance appointments. I was very pleased with the service, pricing, explanations and professionalism and will be recommending AirTech to friends and neighbors. read more

Leo previously installed a split system heat pump in my wife's workplace and she was delighted. So we invited him to install three smaller units in our Laurel Canyon home. We are also delighted with both this installation, how well it works and with the installation process. Leo and his crew did exactly what and when he promised. The entire process was completed entirely professionally. Very highly recommended. read more

I am very impressed with the quality of work, level of professionalism, and reasonable pricing that was given by Airtech. Oscar is an excellent person to deal with. As a realtor that has to deal with many HVAC professionals on a regular basis, I believe they are among the best. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to all others. read more

Completely dissatisfied! I booked a regular maintenance appointment for my two fully working AC units, both upstairs and downstairs for last Friday. Since the temperature was going up to 108 the following Monday, I wanted to have peace of mind we were in good shape. My technician called at the end of my two hour window and told me he would be an hour late. Fine... My technician suggested additional work, clearing a drain line and upgrading a filter. Fine. By the end, my $245 regular maintenance came out to $375. But peace of mind is worth it, right? The technician left saying both units were all good. Great! I went upstairs afterwards, and all of the lights were flashing on my unit, and no cold air was coming out. It had flipped the circuit breakers - we flipped them back, reset the unit - anything we could think of to do on our own. We even got out the manual! It was Friday night now, and we were in for a long hot weekend of not being able to use our own bedroom. We made it through the hot weekend, though uprooted, and I contacted Airtech about our problems. I got no response. For two days. I told them to refund me the $95 I paid for the now broken unit and fix it for no additional fee, and we'd be good. Today, three days since I contacted them and 5 of the hottest days on record after the technician broke my upstairs AC, they tell me they will refund me just the $95 but won't fix it or ever do my service again. NO PROBLEM, I wouldn't have you do it again! But seriously, you broke it and won't even try to fix it? That was a $4500 unit I had installed just last summer, and you broke it and won't fix it?! Great work, Airtech. I hope people will learn from this and not use Airtech in the future. People, for your own good. They do NOT guarantee their work, obviously. I forgot to mention - some reviewers have commented on how good it was to get service since they have pets at home. I'm being REFUSED repairs for problems they caused, and I'm pregnant with my husband and three hot dogs in the house. Pregnant lady just can't catch a break in this heat!! read more

Pros: Came out same day & fixed my AC blower Cons: Charged $145.00 to replace a burned out capacitor that I later Googled & costs $8.29. I get that they need to make a profit but I think they were a bit excessive in this case. read more
