You know when you feel like you have "a guy", that you want to recommend your friends to because you know they are straight shooters and will do a great job? Well these are those guys. I put a request in through YELP to have my A/C looked at because it stopped working. They called within 5 seconds and offered me a great deal to come out and service at $75, when all the others through YELP were emailing saying a service call would be between $85-$95. They show up in ONE HOUR from the time we spoke. Who needs one day delivery when you can call these guys and they will be there in ONE HOUR. Once they arrived, the technician went right to the AC unit outside and diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes, it truly was amazing. He took about one hour, and one new part later he was on his way. He also applied the service call into the work I had done. They have a new customer for life. Thank you Trinidad. Chris

New furnace, a/c and humidifier. Ouch! Called Franzen and from the time they inspected our old system to ordering our new equipment and getting us in for install, it was just a little over a week. Amazing turn around time and service! Very fair pricing too. Tony worked with our budget and have us a few different options. He explained the various levels of furnace efficiency and helped us choose the right equipment for our house. We ended up going with the most efficient unit and he explained the additional vent pipe that this would require that was included in the installation process. Jason and Trevor completed the install. They were so kind, respectful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to talk to my kids and keep an eye on our dog while I took the kids out. It was really a pleasure to have them over working on our house. Very tidy too! Put down lots of drop clothes to protect our carpet. Jason constructed a new plenum for our furnace and his sheet metal skills are really on point! Very clean work. He takes pride in what he does. Same thing with the piping. He figured out how to assemble the new vent piping so that it would be as flush to the ceiling as possible. Excellent workmanship and really excellent people to work with!

Not to mention their guy had just come out two weeks earlier to check my furnace for leaks, and we talked at great length. However, today EMILY called to say that since I could not make the appointment, they can never put me on the schedule again. Such a horrible level of customer service. It's okay for them to cancel, but because they are there early and I cancelled, it's never scheduled with us again.
