After trouble-shooting my issue he fixed the problem and we thought we were in the clear. Well, it turns out, fixing the one issue uncovered a few more (as it tends to happen). Micah was back on the job and had a stop-gap in place while he waited for new parts to come in. He was prompt, helpful, and responded quickly. He made sure we were not without A/C during some of the hottest weeks of the summer (not an exaggeration). Since this issue I had them inspect my furnace just before winter. This time someone other than Micah came out and was very friendly and honest. He answered every question I had with elaborate answers (which I really like) and finished up his work very quickly.
