I was running into issues with my home warranty company and decided I'd just scrap it and replace…read morethe AC. I set up a time with Josiah for an estimate. He spent the time to investigate the issue I was having (condensation leaking through to the ceiling below), diagnosed the problem and created a solution to solve it - all in the same trip. He could have just given me a quote on a new unit, but instead he saved me a lot of money this time around. He will definitely have my business when the time comes to replace it as well as any future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend J3 Heating and Cooling, excellent work and reasonably priced.

He didn't have the right part but was able to put a "band aid" on the issue so we would have heat that night. He came back the next day, replaced the band aid with the correct sized part, cleaned our furnace, and advised us about other parts that might need replacing in the future so we could be prepared. No sales pitch, just great service! I wish I had known about Apex when we moved in 25 years ago. Highly recommended!

This was the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. We suffered through one day but decided to call Monday to at least leave a message. What a surprise to get a real live person. He was very apologetic that he couldn't come that same day - he WAS working, but fully booked. So we took an appointment for the next day. Wayne arrived earlier than expected, identified the problem as a faulty thermostat. He didn't have the kind we wanted on his truck, but said his partner was at the store buying parts. So, they bought a new thermostat, returned a couple of hours later to install, and we were cool as could be. Wonderful customer service and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

From the moment we met Xavier, he was kind, friendly, and had a smile and laugh that were contagious. But beyond that, his knowledge of plumbing far exceeded our expectations. Xavier took the time to walk my wife and me through every option for replacing our two water heaters, explaining the pros and cons of each choice in a way that truly helped us make the best decision for our home. We decided to go with the tankless option, and we could not be happier! The work and quality that Xavier and his team delivered were absolutely breathtaking. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and craftsmanship were second to none. I truly cannot thank Xavier enough for his time, expertise, and outstanding workmanship. From the moment I submitted a request to talk with someone, I received prompt and clear communication from everyone I worked with at Leith. They stopped by my home to learn more about my home, family, and needs. Jake provided me with clear options, answers to my questions, and recommendations that matched what I was looking for with the project. They gave me options and quotes that let me feel in control of a big purchase. I never once felt pressured into spending more than what I was looking for and they were flexible to my needs instead of the other way around. They completed the project quick and the new unit worked great. Jake, Brian, and the team checked in from start to finish and I won't use any company but them for any future projects!

While they attempted to fix it in June, they did not correct the issue and continue to come out and not fix the issue. I should also say the communication is terrible and they have not shown up several times, shown up at times different than what was scheduled and also did not communicate the time needed to do the work in advance. I've had a technician come and say he sees the issue and another technician come back and say he can't find the issue. I hired a different company to come and check their work and their technician found Premier didn't identify the correct issue (motor issue), didn't adjust the pressures correctly, didn't properly install the part they "fixed," and left an important filter off the unit without replacing or mentioning that it was not replaced. This company just seems to be incompetent and I cannot recommend anyone hiring them.
