TL;DR: Please don't go here for any reason. Service is extremely rude and seems like some family run business with their own rules and accountability. Sure it seems like a shipping center that might do FedEx and UPS drop offs or whatever but just do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. It's a terrible experience from before you walk into the door until you leave with a bad taste in your mouth. Yes the obnoxious signs in front of the store are intentional and heavily enforced. Came in, and the female immediately told me it would be $40 to ship the item. I questioned the high price and a male who was putting tape on some boxes said it was an estimate and asked the female to check the computer which said 35. The female asked if I wanted a box saying "I would need to get a bigger box." I asked for a padded envelope, and the female took out a non padded cardboard style envelope without wrapping the item in bubble wrap. I told them no thanks and went to the Huntington Beach location where they bubble wrapped the item and put it in a padded envelope and only charged me $21. read more

This is the worst customer service place I have been to. The workers here are rude and seems like they don't even want to work there. Not sure how they are still in business. I bought a couple of packages already with shipping labels. They won't let me in without a mask. I went to get a mask and the guy won't touch the packages I brought. He made me put them on the scale and take them off before I put a new package on. They don't even have a scanner and have to enter the number in manually. This place is a joke. Don't show up without a mask they won't let you in, unless you want to buy and mask that they will sell you and then you can drop off your package even through you are already in the store and could have dropped the package and left. If you're already in the store without a mask why not just let you drop off the package? You have to buy their mask, put it on and then you can drop off? (Really makes a lot of sense) If you don't want to let anyone in your store without a mask, that's your store and that's your right. letting them in without a mask to sell a mask is completely counter productive. read more

Mask is still madatory as of 10/31/22. They didn't let me in, was told to wait outside so they can give me a mask. I waited 15 mins outside like an idiot. Lady was quite rude, not very friendly. Avoid!!! I usually use AIM mail centers primarily because it's convenient to drop off multiple packages for different carriers. Went in to drop off my packages to UPS and FedEx drop off boxes and was yelled at by the lady to wear a mask. I quickly dropped off my packages and left as I didn't have a mask on me. Come to find out a few days later, they withheld my packages from FedEx and UPS because I didn't have a mask on when I dropped them off and was in no contact with the store employees. It was a self service drop off box, no receipts, so it would have made no difference if I went to a UPS drop off box! Came back took my packages and got out of there. I was humiliated and threaten by the man at this store. This is a drop location for FedEx in my area. I dropped off a box with a prepaid next day FedEx label. I was shipping very important items needed in Ohio the next day. I open the door to leave box in the outgoing box pile as I have done in the past and left the store. The next day, my customer call me and told me the items never arrived so I track down the package and the box never left this location. I went to back to the store and found that my box was still there. I inquired why the box was not picked up and the lady said that my box was left behind because I was not wearing my mask the day before. When I ask to speak to the manager, a man came from the back room and ask me to leave the store. Once outside, he told me that he has the right to refused business to anyone which I completely understand But when I told him I was there the day before to drop off a prepaid Box and nothing more. He started to call me "little man" and ask me to leave or he was going to teach me a lesson. No one should be humiliated or physical threaten the way I was. They had no right to hold my prepaid box from shipping. What they did was not correct and very unprofessional. I took my box and left. Drop off location is just that. You open the door, put the box in the pile of outgoing boxes and nothing more. The stock of outgoing boxes is about 30 feet or more from the counter. I'm a customer of FedEx and I don't interact or speak to anyone at the store when dropping off a box. read more

We been with using mailbox for 12 years I usually come to get my mail once a month sometime longer and also I need to pay my 315.00 mailbox rent. As I went inside the person in a counter told me I need to wear a mask ( I think his name is john) as I'm getting my mask I said to him what ever and I put on my mask ( mask mandate it's been lifted and I'm vaccinated) I guess he didn't like it when I said whatever. So he told me that his not going to renew my mailbox.and continue to tell me he doesn't care if the place close and told me he doesn't even want to come to work there.to anyone who have bad experience to this place call this number to file a complain 1-800 989-6245 airmail center is a franchise this individual is giving this franchise a bad reputation just because he doesn't want to work or whatever reason. I've been to other AIM centers that are great. This one? Not so much. 1. It's small. Normally not a problem, but when they don't have the right kinds of packaging materials, that's a big deal breaker. I wanted USPS Flat Rate. They didn't have any or if they did they didn't offer, so I overpaid. 2. VERY SLOW. Guy behind the counter was extremely nice, but I don't think he really knew what he was doing. Besides overcharging me (my stuff was small and light, shouldn't have cost $16 to mail both), he took probably 30 minutes to help me pack 2 very simple items. One of the boxes he was packing my stuff in, he didn't even know how to open. :\ After he struggled for five minutes, I asked if he needed help. 3. Did I mention they overcharge? Ate up all my profits because of poor customer service. 4. All other AIM centers I've been to have helped me package my items, no problem. He seemed confused that I wanted help. I'm sorry, but that's why I go to a mail center and not the post office! I'd like someone to assist me so I can get things mailed and get on with my day. I'll just drive further to the one down on Warner or the mail place on Bolsa Chica. It'll take me longer to drive there, but they're nicer, cheaper, and actually mail my stuff correctly. read more

Very bad place to get your things notarized, the gentleman working there who is the only person Notary certified, doesn't know much about the legal ways to notarize documents and isn't very good at explaining himself either. I had to come twice to this place and still couldn't get anything done due to his lack of professionalism. Side note if you bring a package make sure you have it ready and taped all the way, they wanted to charge me to use to strings of tape. Very disappointing experience. read more

This is my North Orange County place to go to for NOTARY, Drop Offs, and shipping. I've never had an issues with this location, which is why it's one of my go to places. A "Mom & Pop" owned store with slow but friendly service, which is why it's not a 5 star. Dealing with real estate I need to deal with notaries, document shipping, and faxes. Yes, faxes...and that's why I go to places like AIM Mail Center and Postal Annex. I've shipped FedEx Air and UPS ground packages from this location because they give me a price break. (not so much on the UPS ground but on my FedEx Next Day Deliveries) It's a regular customer thing...I've seen it done to several others as well. I notice Santa Ana, Westminster, Garden Grove, Fullerton and Anaheim business owners do this for me...gotta love those perks. As for USPS - Post Office service I do use them here for time related convenience because I use USPS when I have to deal with CA court related documents. And it's not that far from the OC Court House. They mark up the prices, which I understand why since they do since they don't get a price break from the USPS but I rather do it here than in the Post Office, since I don't carry supplies and I need photo copies. To the E-bay'ers just go to the post office for those nickles and dimes. I always see them complaining at this locations and I just want to say that. Heck, I'll give you a dollar to stop complaining and leave so I can do my work in peace. This location has a reasonably priced dry cleaning service, which is an added positive factor if I actually came here enough. Since I've never had it done, I really don't know if it good or not...sorry. read more

If you see an older man behind the counter, run. He's Rude, one cannot understand a single thing he says and talks to the customers like they're imbeciles. First time here to get money via Western Union an older man (I'm assuming is the owner of the establishment) behind the counter took forever to obtain the money. The receipt got stuck, he had to reset the PIN number while on the phone with tech support. We've been here for an hour and forty five minutes now and he still cannot understand what the tech support and another woman is saying. Did I mention he's on speaker phone so that we can hear all the instructions they're trying to give him? I don't know about mailing and shipping. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR NOTARY SERVICE. I went there to get my basic certificate notarized, and the man said he cannot notarize it since he cannot notarize birth certificate. I told him it is "basic certificate", not "birth", and I explained how the government office told me to bring notarized basic certificate, and how Korean Consolidate told me to get the document translated and notarized. I said I'm sure you can notarize it since 2 officials told me to get it notarized, and he didn't seem to understand anything. He was saying "It has your birthday on it so I can't notarize it cuz it's birth certificate" like 5 times repeatedly. Oh My God, what kind of official document doesn't have a person's birthday on it? So he was basically saying he can't notarize any document with birthday on it. So I went to other notary service place, and got the document notarized immediately! I told him what I experienced at AIM, and he was just laughing. Okay. Please, don't do notary service if you don't know what documents are what. read more

Went to send a medium box USPS mail for a friend who's in another State last week Friday. The package got delivered just in time at his Bureau on Monday as i tracked the delivery. When I walked in, the person at the counter wanted to see the label on my box and they directed me where to put my box and that was it! No fuzz. I wasn't given a receipt but that's ok. If I could give zero stars, I would. First off, when I arrived at 6pm, the neon sign on the door saying "open" was lit up, and the posted hours read from 8:30am to 6:30pm. There was another sign saying "sorry. 10 minute only. Closed" The older Asian gentleman who was running the shop had closed up before business hours! He returned at approximately 6:15 with no explanation. I was waiting the longest of the three people outside, so I walked to the counter first. The older Asian gentleman started talking to me, and out of no where started to assist a woman behind me. When she was done, I told the gentleman that I wanted to ship a pair of sunglasses. He said he didn't have a box small enough for the glasses, and suggested I use an envelope. I informed him that I would prefer a box and would take the smallest box that the sunglasses would fit in. This gentleman said that would not be safe for my glasses. I asked him to place packing material in the box to cushion it. He said no. How can a man in a shipping office not know how to ship a pair of sunglasses in a box? I have used many other shopping locations to ship sunglasses and have always sent a box with packing material to cushion the glasses. I am extremely disappointed in this shop. This man wasted my time and should not be allowed to work in a shipping store. read more

Thank God for this place. In my search for a PO box (since the 24 hour locations all around me are out of small boxes) I found this place after visiting a UPS store, which by the way charge almost $80 a month plus a $30 something setup plus another $20 for a key. Only $90 for the whole year, I got the $30 for the months but will be switching to the year as soon as my three months if up. This location is so convenient, only eight minutes from where I'm staying and they also accept UPS and FedEx along with regular priority mail. I was lucky enough to get a big outside as well so the 24 hour access is a bonus at this point. The man who helped me set up my mailbox was extremely nice and have me a week free to give me time to switch everything over which probably doesn't make sense but hey, a free week. Free things is always cool. I'm definitely making this my permanent mailing address especially since my situation is a renting room status. I highly recommend Aim Mail Centers if your situation is similar. Changing my mailing address every six months to a year or so is no fun. read more

Went to send a package and request for the one with tracking number. This old Korean man took forever to do it. He was so slow and looks like he did not even know what he was doing. He gave me the receipt with tracking number on it and told me to go online to track for package status. I checked every day and got the same result: "status not available, tracking number maybe incorrect or the status update is not yet available, please verify your tracking number and try again later". I came back to the store to tell him about the issue. He went online to check for me, and got the same result "status not available.... " He told me that he will check with USPS and let me know the next day. Came back the next day, he admitted that he was using the old label that USPS was no longer use. Up to right now, my package is still nowhere to be found. Please DO NOT go to this place, they don't know what they are doing. read more
