They are more then just a postal service for me, because at times I feel like I am walking into "Cheers" or the town general store where everyone knows you're name! Even though they are very professional with all the great services they offer, it is always done with a personal touch that feels more like friends then a business which is so unusual and such a pleasure these days. I can get so many things I need taken care of there for life and business, plus they have the best selection of greeting cards, chatzkies, games and novelty items for great gifts, packing and wrapping supplies too. PLUS some of my favourite people ever, like the owners Michael and Steve and the awesome, efficient, sweet and helpful (and funny) people Marc and Ashley that work there that I just love and always make my day! Anyway its THE place to go for great service and warm feelings!

Tip: call ahead and let them know you need to pick up a package but don't need a mailbox long term - they will go over pricing and tell you how to address the package. Not all places have this service and I don't really know what it is called but it is helpful if you're traveling. Only removing one star because when I called (before arriving) to check on the package I had to explain three or four times that I didn't have a mailbox there, what my name was and so on. The person who picked up the phone made it sound like they didn't have my package or even provide this general delivery type service, which was a little scary.

I really don't know what the hullabaloo was about here but this made zero sense…read more I actually called around to multiple UPS stores and asked specifically if they had "air pillows." I was told yes, and that I could get a whole sheet of "air pillows" for a dollar or a couple bucks. That sounded reasonable. Then I come to this location and somehow it's $11 for "air pillows." That is not a small difference. That feels like a completely random, arbitrary price. And just to be clear, I'm not buying "air pillows" for no reason. I'm traveling with two large duffel bags and if you don't fill them out properly they get ripped apart by baggage handlers. These are brand new expedition duffels from Patagonia and The North Face and this is going to be their virgin journey through the system. I'm not about to overpack with heavy items and go overweight just to protect the bags. "Air pillows" are the smart solution. So I knew exactly what I needed and roughly what "air pillows" should cost. Being charged $11 for "air pillows," something that is usually a low cost packing material, just doesn't make any sense.

There was only two ladies working which they were both very sweet. Pretty quiet when we walked in but after sitting down, literally everyone all walked in at the same time. Everything is pretty simple. Gave her the paperwork and signed what we needed to do and stamped. The whole process was pretty mellow and fast. The service was great and the staff were all very friendly. Pricewise, it was affordable. It's also a place where we could bring some things to return with online order if we weren't satisfied. Overall, it's a great spot. Very helpful.
