I was hoping to get passport pictures done (some mail box places have them) and even though they didn't offer them, the clerk was able to recommend two nearby locations that offers passport picture services. I guess I can say staff in nice but the fees make no sense.... I brought in a flash drive to print a 4x6 label for my package. No breakdown just charges me 82 cent all I did was get a label printed and they automatically tapped it to the box... I get charged 25 cents for the internet which I did not use and 55 cent for some tape.. really !!!!!!!!! read more

Terrible customer service!!! Not to mention a mess I will not go here again! I was just walking by and usually go somewhere else to purchase boxes but I saw in the window they had what I needed. I walked in and was not greeted but just asked what I needed very Rudely then I said I was looking and as asked again the same way so I asked about the box. The clerk thought about it and said yes so I asked if they took debit ( the place was such a mess I thought I would ask) the clerk then continued to walk around and not make eye contact and answered " not for 3.50$) very rudely!!!!! If you're thinking about using this place for shipping - DO NOT! My wife ran into this place on Friday Sept. 21, 2018 with an urgent letter for Fedex that had to be delivered by Monday. (Rush Passport Renewal). They were closing, and let her in to drop off. She explained the urgency, and didn't understand clearly that it would now go out on this day, Michael who works there - did not explain that she should simply go to another authorized Fedex Kinkos , which were still accepting shipments, NOR did he explain that it wouldn't go out on Saturday. He simply accepted it - so we assumed it would go out. We didn't find out till Monday a.m., when the expediter called to tell us they hadn't received it. After frantic calls with Fedex, we went down to the store to find the letter still sitting in their outbox. The manager was there and was also there on the Friday had no answers. She was just dumbstruck. I got the owner Jose's email, and wrote him. I wrote to the manager. I still have gotten ZERO responses from anyone. They are worse than irresponsible - do not trust them with your urgent packages. read more

Choose another notary!! I just went in for my signature to be notarized, the guy was so unhelpful and unfriendly and flat out rude. I needed MY signature notarized not all of the other people involved around the country and he still hasseled me about it. Just so everyone knows, a notary's job is to verify that you are the person signing the document and that is it. Don't go here!! And he charged me $10 for it! There's a sign saying "No sex on premises" but you seem to be taking it by walking in the door. read more
