This little place is on the route that I ride my bike regularly for exercise; I'm really happy that I found a place to stop and have lunch. I've heard people say that the servers are rude, but often you get what you give. I found the older lady there a bit brusque, but warmed up when I told her I really enjoy their food. The younger lady is very kind and friendly, carried my food out to the table for me because she saw that I have a bad hip. I've always found the food fresh and flavorful; I like the spicy ahi and salmon, the salad is always crisp. Another thing I really like is that they use good chopsticks! Ahi 123 has an amazing menu, but their chopsticks are splintery and actually poked my hand because they're too short! I always look forward to going to this little place to get one of my favorite meals... I only gave it four stars because I figured it's not perfect...But it pretty much is for me! read more

Finally, poke in Santee! We won't venture out for much due to COVID but we made an exception for Ahi Poke. Everything is good and fresh. Good service and staff. We typically build a bowl but the options on the board are good too. Tried the avocado add-on but you don't get a lot of it so I would probably skip it next time. They have boba and milk tea, so you can grab some of that while you wait for your tires to be done at Discount Tire ;) Definitely a great option if you want to eat something healthy but don't want to deal with dine-in. read more

I was really craving a Poke bowl so decided to give this place a try since it was close to where I was that afternoon. It's actually pretty good and filling. The price was reasonable as well. I did brown rice, salmon and spicy tuna with plenty of veggies. The only thing I would do differently is say "easy on the spicy mayo." This is my favorite place to eat. It is on the pricey side but it is worth it. I come in here often for my break and it is always important that I get my food fast so I can have time to eat it. The woman and the man are extreamly nice and welcoming and it is apperent that they are very hard workers. The fish is always fresh and I love the flavors that work together . Sometimes I accidentally pick the wrong combinations of toppings, and it did take a few times to figure out what I really like all together. (That isnt there fault though it's just me needing to figure out what i like). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good poke and quality service. Dont come here for good poki or spam masubi. The salmon and spicy tuna did not taste fresh service is horrible and prices are too outrages. Spam in the spam masubi was super thin and rice was too dry. Poki bowl was very thin and really stingy with the ingredients. This place is really good. High quality fish, which is a must for this type of food. I've had both the sushi burritos and poke bowls. Both are awesome! Place is clean and everyone that works here is extremely helpful and nice. Only knocked it down a bit because every time I've been here they seem to be out of several items on their menu. The lady working there was very rude right away and we I came in she was in the back sitting down and didn't even acknowledge us, she finally came to the front and she was in a rush to get our order even though no one else was in the shop. I love this place, delicious fresh ingredients and plenty of choices. I usually get a medium make your own bowl with white rice and it is plenty to fill me up. They are starting to have more daily variety with their poke choices, although they charge extra for some items that are offered for free at other poke places (avocado, crab salad, yellowtail). Its decent. I love poke and having just moved to the area, figured I would give Ahi Poke a try. The fish seemed fresh. I didnt get sick. Your bowl will look like slop, but tasted good, nothing spectacular. Your spicy scallop with be 60% krab and 40% scallop, and the 75 cents you paid to add avocado will be a huge disappointment because you'll only get a tablespoon of it. This place is great. It's not what I would call traditional poke, more of a poke sushi fusion. I've wanted to go in here a couple times whenever I go to the bank right next door. I'm not sure how other restaurants are priced but I feel the price was not too expensive for a healthy amount. These bowls are amazing and seriously made with love! Prices are great for amount of food you're getting. The fish tastes so fresh. So many options for flavors! And the best part- so easy to eat healthy! We came during a time where their card reader was down- a hectic time in any busy restaurant. The person who helped us (possibly manager?? Been waiting for a poke place to open up near me and this place does not disappoint! 8 bucks for a small poke bowl is amazing. I got a medium for $9 and it was filled to the brim with fish and veggies; rice was perfectly cooked as well. Food is fresh. I had the BMW burrito which was delicious, my wife has a poke bowl. Female server was mean as can be... when my wife asked for cilantro she said I guess I could add that as if to charge for a slice which is included in every other Poke place we've explored. My husband asked to change his order without realizing it was in the prices of being prepared and she snapped that she works fast and it's too late to change and treated us like we were little children. This was my first time at ahi poke and I got say the prices were good compare to other places and the food was delicious. The lady who helped me was friendly and really helpful while I was choosing what to get. I ended up building my own small bowl which was a fair amount of food for the price.
