I have not had Poke before trying this place so I may not be the best to judge. But with that being said, I gotta say I can't stop craving this place. The fish tastes fresh and the toppings are creative. I love their sauces too. It is a little on the pricy side but hey, it's fish! You cannot skimp on fish. Finally a poke place in east county! It's been long over due. The fish was pretty fresh and all of the ingredients tasted yummy. They were out of a few ingredients which as disappointing but I totally understand. The cashier was friendly and fast at making my bowl. I have basically become a regular here now. I love this place! it is very close and convenienttly located. The place is small but quaint and very relaxing atmosphere. The prices are comparable with other poke places. The fish is always fresh!! I got a small bowl (2 scoops) with white rice as my base and 2 scoops of salmon for my protein.I topped it with crab meat, avacado, and mango. For my sauce i got sweet sesame and the ponzu sauce. This place also has sushi burritos andddd bubble waffle ice cream!! The service is always very fast. The man there is always very nice every time we come in and always talks to me and my bf because we all play pokemon go lol. I am assuming the woman and the little girl are his wife and daughter, both of them are also very nice too. The only thing that would make this place even better is if they stayed open later, like until 10pm. I am so glad we found this hidden gem! read more

This little place is on the route that I ride my bike regularly for exercise; I'm really happy that I found a place to stop and have lunch. I've heard people say that the servers are rude, but often you get what you give. I found the older lady there a bit brusque, but warmed up when I told her I really enjoy their food. The younger lady is very kind and friendly, carried my food out to the table for me because she saw that I have a bad hip. I've always found the food fresh and flavorful; I like the spicy ahi and salmon, the salad is always crisp. Another thing I really like is that they use good chopsticks! Ahi 123 has an amazing menu, but their chopsticks are splintery and actually poked my hand because they're too short! I always look forward to going to this little place to get one of my favorite meals... I only gave it four stars because I figured it's not perfect...But it pretty much is for me! read more

Finally, poke in Santee! We won't venture out for much due to COVID but we made an exception for Ahi Poke. Everything is good and fresh. Good service and staff. We typically build a bowl but the options on the board are good too. Tried the avocado add-on but you don't get a lot of it so I would probably skip it next time. They have boba and milk tea, so you can grab some of that while you wait for your tires to be done at Discount Tire ;) Definitely a great option if you want to eat something healthy but don't want to deal with dine-in. read more

I cannot get over their fish. It literally melts in your mouth. My favorite is albacore!!!! I'm about to try out the coconut smoothie which sounds delicious!!!! And their source! I was really craving a Poke bowl so decided to give this place a try since it was close to where I was that afternoon. It's actually pretty good and filling. The price was reasonable as well. I did brown rice, salmon and spicy tuna with plenty of veggies. The only thing I would do differently is say "easy on the spicy mayo." I love spicy but the mayo definitely over powered the entire bowl. Other than that, it was yummy! read more

This is my favorite place to eat. It is on the pricey side but it is worth it. I come in here often for my break and it is always important that I get my food fast so I can have time to eat it. The woman and the man are extreamly nice and welcoming and it is apperent that they are very hard workers. The fish is always fresh and I love the flavors that work together . Sometimes I accidentally pick the wrong combinations of toppings, and it did take a few times to figure out what I really like all together. (That isnt there fault though it's just me needing to figure out what i like). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good poke and quality service. Dont come here for good poki or spam masubi. The salmon and spicy tuna did not taste fresh service is horrible and prices are too outrages. Spam in the spam masubi was super thin and rice was too dry. Poki bowl was very thin and really stingy with the ingredients. If you want some good poki go to (poki bowl 1 1/2) and junz for spam masubi in north park !! Cant believe i spent $21for 2 items and weren't even tasty. read more

This place is really good. High quality fish, which is a must for this type of food. I've had both the sushi burritos and poke bowls. Both are awesome! Place is clean and everyone that works here is extremely helpful and nice. Only knocked it down a bit because every time I've been here they seem to be out of several items on their menu. The lady working there was very rude right away and we I came in she was in the back sitting down and didn't even acknowledge us, she finally came to the front and she was in a rush to get our order even though no one else was in the shop. The portions of the poke bowl is also way smaller and not as generous as other places. Overall I'm disappointed and I only came here because it was close by. Not coming back. read more

I love this place, delicious fresh ingredients and plenty of choices. I usually get a medium make your own bowl with white rice and it is plenty to fill me up. They are starting to have more daily variety with their poke choices, although they charge extra for some items that are offered for free at other poke places (avocado, crab salad, yellowtail). This place is closed for nearly every holiday, even minor ones, so check Yelp before you go to make sure they're open. read more

After visiting myself I realized a lot of these people in Santee are just cry babies and think they are entitled to special treatment lol. Its decent. I love poke and having just moved to the area, figured I would give Ahi Poke a try. The fish seemed fresh. I didnt get sick. Your bowl will look like slop, but tasted good, nothing spectacular. Your spicy scallop with be 60% krab and 40% scallop, and the 75 cents you paid to add avocado will be a huge disappointment because you'll only get a tablespoon of it. A pretty new spot in Santee. It's really good and the portions are large for poke. They might run out of something but that means it is constantly circulating, unlike some poke places where the fish just sits. The fish is cold and delicious! I will be going back as often as I can! read more

This place is great. It's not what I would call traditional poke, more of a poke sushi fusion. I've wanted to go in here a couple times whenever I go to the bank right next door. First poke bowl experience. I would definately come back here for another bowl in the future. I'm not sure how other restaurants are priced but I feel the price was not too expensive for a healthy amount. The owner here creates unique fish salads like spicy salmon and Kim-chi snapper - you won't find this at other poke places. Everything is always super fresh and the service is great. Been waiting for a poke place to open up near me and this place does not disappoint! 8 bucks for a small poke bowl is amazing. I got a medium for $9 and it was filled to the brim with fish and veggies; rice was perfectly cooked as well. These bowls are amazing and seriously made with love! Prices are great for amount of food you're getting. The fish tastes so fresh. So many options for flavors! And the best part- so easy to eat healthy! We came during a time where their card reader was down- a hectic time in any busy restaurant. The person who helped us (possibly manager??
