The bad, my situation: About a week ago, I found myself stuck in San Jose with a broken down truck…read more I have AAA Road Service, and I called them for help. I was told that the estimate for a tow driver was 240 minutes. If we're doing the math, that's four hours. I was unhappy, but I had to get to Dublin which was a distance. Apparently the issue was getting someone to accept a call to come 27 miles to come and get me. Every 30 minutes I called them for an update, and every time I called it was a different story. First it was no one would except the call for the distance, then it was someone was dispatched and they were waiting for an update, then there was no driver again. I ended up waiting four an a half hours. Why did I wait this long, because I was trying to give them a chance and I was trying to avoid the cost of a commercial driver. The good, my solution; I finally pulled the trigger and decided to call for a commercial tow, knowing that I could get reimbursed by AAA (which takes at least 30 days, by the way, for a service that I pay for that they were unable to provide for me). I found Santa Rita Tow. Jake was the on-call driver that night, and I told him it I knew it was a longshot, but would he be willing to come to San Jose to pick me up. Less than five minutes later he had agreed to it, given me my price, and I saw him about 35 minutes later. He was extremely professional, very personable, and just really nice. It was such a pleasure to have a pleasant ride home after such a rotten day. I'm very grateful for this company, and if my truck should need it again, these guys will be the first ones I call. I highly recommend this company!

Do you know how to make a bad experience a good experience?…read more Hire KB towing services! We went for an evening out in Tracy, where I foolishly lost my key. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

I called the insurance company and they connected me with Save Tow. They told me it would take about 2 hours. I called Save Tow about 1 hour later to check status and they said it's going to take about 2 hours because they need to find a driver who is experience with towing a car and a boat. Ok understandable. The entire wait time was 3 hours with me calling every hour checking on status. Brian showed up and he was great. Got the SUV on the flatbed pretty quick and he was pretty patient with the tricky hitch on the trailer. He double checked my address and after that we were good to go. I was really impressed with his skills when he dropped off the boat and SUV. He was able to parallel park the boat perfectly and parked the SUV in front of the boat. He did all of this with a positive attitude even though he had just driven through a long stretch of traffic. If you ever are in an emergency and Brian happens to be your tow driver, you're in good hands!

Fast and efficient tow from Dublin to Castro Valley…read more Had the most unusual car problem and before getting frustrated I called AAA to get my car to a trusted mechanic. New fancy tow truck came and very very fast. Driver communicated and let me know when to expect him - I think his name was Alex. Very friendly. That same day I saw this same company with a different truck along the freeway between Castro Valley and Dublin. This company must be a volume leader in the area.
