I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

    I am here sometimes multiple times per week getting things printed for work. I have gotten…read morepostcards, poster boards, copies, small signs, business cards, and more printed. They are almost always ready same day! I place a quick order online and they call me when it's ready. The employees are friendly and very patient. I feel bad for all the crazy shipping things they deal with, but I am always just there for a quick prepaid order pick up. This parking lot is a disaster. You can't really turn left to get out because of oncoming traffic, so I always turn right and loop around in Walmart's parking lot. There used to be a tree right in front with hundreds of birds in it and bird poop everywhere. They cut the tree down and cleaned it up, and now it looks way better. Their guaranteed services are meaningless & their customer service is non-existent. This company has systemic operational failures, driver accountability issues & zero corporate oversight. Avoid FedEx for anything time-sensitive or important. Shipped critical H-1B visa response via First Overnight with guaranteed morning delivery. Paid $90.11. FedEx failed to deliver and falsely marked "Business closed - No delivery attempt" at the USCIS Texas Service Center in Irving, TX - a federal government facility open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. The driver either never showed up or fabricated the delivery status. This was not an obscure address. This is a well-known federal immigration office that receives thousands of packages daily. On previous different cases, drivers refused to deliver to certain apartment complexes due to third-party service conflicts. RESULT: Missed hard federal deadline. Immigration case jeopardized. Thousands in legal fees wasted. My legal status in the United States now uncertain. My startup with 150,000+ users at risk. I shipped December 20 at 11:54 AM for guaranteed December 22 delivery. FedEx marked failure on December 23 at 7:56 AM claiming "business closed" - when the building was open. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Useless. Representatives disconnected calls mid-conversation. No accountability. No solutions. No escalation path. Just excuses. FedEx takes your money for "guaranteed" services then refuses to honor commitments when they fail. Their Money-Back Guarantee is a lie. For legal documents, immigration filings, medical supplies, contracts - DO NOT use FedEx. Their guaranteed services are meaningless.

    My company had a long history or working with CCWest. We worked with them closely for many years to…read moreprint and frame artwork that would be hung in all of our offices across the country. Their process for these framed signs was flawed. They printed out the creative on a thin piece of paper, then glued it to a piece of cardboard and framed it. About half of the signage we have now (literally hundreds of pieces), has bubbles and is completely ruined. When I brought it up to our rep who is no longer with the company, he was not helpful whatsoever in working together to fix this issue for future framed pictures. So, we found a printer who would do it cheaper and do a better job. The relationship with CCWest did not end on bad terms, or so I thought. We took that piece of the business away, yes, but we have hundreds of print projects a year that we do. I didn't realize they would take it so personally, especially when it was their own fault. Recently, we had to contact them to order hanging hardware for some wall signage. They were rude, hard to work with, and when I called the contact who we used to work with, the man in charge of the company, he didn't answer and still hasn't called me back. We were considering sending new business their way and including them on the bidding process for future print orders, but definitely not now. They burned a very large bridge, and it's just bad business. So, all in all, I recommend going with 360 Press Solutions over CCWest. They are nicer, less expensive AND higher quality.

The employee, Tonya, responded by ordering me to leave the store and threatening to call the police. I did not raise my voice or behave aggressively. The employee was attending to non-customer tasks at the time. Ejecting a paying customer and threatening law enforcement without cause is unacceptable and damaging to the UPS Store brand. I am requesting owner review and confirmation of corrective action UPDATE: I have already submitted a formal complaint via email and to UPS corporate offices. Corporate representatives assured me this incident would be handled and confirmed that the behavior described does not represent UPS standards. For context, I have been a regular customer of this neighborhood UPS Store for over 10 years, with hundreds of visits. During this incident, a new individual, whom I understand may be associated with a recent acquisition of the store, informed me that I was "no longer allowed to enter her store," despite my calm demeanor and longstanding customer history. This statement was made publicly, causing several customers to leave the store in visible discomfort and astonishment. This is not "her" store. It is a neighborhood store that I have supported for over a decade. The conduct was inappropriate, unwarranted, and entirely unacceptable. As a customer who visits this location multiple times per week, I am requesting reassurance from the owner of this establishment that appropriate corrective action has been taken and that I will not be placed in another uncomfortable or hostile situation upon returning. At this time, I do not feel comfortable coming back without confirmation that this issue has been addressed..
