I recently ordered some promotional items from PrintGlobe. And while I can't say the items because I haven't given them out yet and they're a bit of a surprise, I just wanted to pop on here and express my satisfaction with this company. It was easy to order via the website, step one in a great customer experience. I had been price checking this item and was mad to find other websites requiring the customer to go through the rigamarole of emailing for a quote -- PrintGlobe thankfully didn't do this. It had templates on the site for submitting items you design yourself. These were easy to follow. And after I ordered, I was sent a proof to approve. Terrible customer service- would have been a 5-star review had they not jacked up the price of an order by over a thousand dollars- AFTER providing an invoice. The mistake was on their end, and was not even a charge for materials, it was a set-up fee, for a product that was already set up from a previous order. Tried to work my way up to someone reasonable- but was told by an unprofessional sales manager that she was the top of the chain as she spoke for the CEO. I did reach out to the CEO to let him know this, and there was no response, and my order was canceled with a "sorry we could not help you" message from my account manager. They could have helped by standing behind their quote. NO ONE is going to pay over a thousand dollars more than quoted- especially when it was an error on YOUR part. read more

This business is a SCAM. I placed an order over a month ago that never arrived. I have been emailing and calling repeatedly and still have no idea if I'll ever see my package or a refund. I've gotten nothing but rude emails and lies claiming my package is at a Fedex location that it is not. I am stunned by the horrible experience, it seemed like a legitimate company but do not be fooled. I'm planning to continue calling and doing all I can to get some answers, but not feeling positive. read more

Horrible customer service! Product wasn't even shipped by my "in hand" date. My sales rep (Jason H.) straight up lied and told me that UPS had tried to deliver my product but didn't feel safe leaving it at my home. When I ran the tracking number, the label had just been created moments before. It wasn't on a truck for delivery. He then said he had rerouted the late shipment to where I was holding the event. It didn't arrive there either. I was given lots of excuses, but no solutions or even an apology. I asked to speak to a manager and haven't heard back from them. $1,300 wasted. read more

Was interested in matchbooks for our wedding and spoke to Jason about getting a sample. I first reached out on December 4th (it's now the 20th). Checked in a couple times over a week and was told he was working on it. After 2 weeks he told me that he was "checking with his sample department for a tracking number"... then I never heard from him again. Tried emailing a few times but never heard a word back. I don't understand at all, but nonetheless definitely wouldn't recommend after my experience... I wasn't even able to get a couple of matchbooks sent to me within a months time span, so if you're working within any sort of time-frame you need to be aware of, I would steer clear of this spot. read more

I usually hate ordering custom things online because it's either a hassle to get it right or they just straight up mess it up. This company, however, is super easy to work with and makes the entire process smooth. I wanted to get custom napkins for my wedding. All I had to do was upload the image that I wanted. Pick the color and type of napkins I wanted. And within one day they sent me a proof with design options for my napkins. I had on person taking care of everything. I would send an email and get a response back in a timely manner. That's right, no automated 1-800 number crap. I had the napkins within a week. The color was a bit darker than what I saw on the computer, but otherwise they were great! I'd definitely use them again if I ever needed a huge bulk order again! read more

I'm glad others have had a good experience with them, however, I did not. I used them to order custom wood tone bottles, with laser engraving in wraparound. The entire time their design team was in touch with me, no one told me the laser engraving is only 1.25" Wide (in other words, no where near a wrap-around design, which should've been 5" Wide). When I received the bottles and noticed the obvious error, they refused to own up to it that it was their fault, and charged me nearly full price to re-run the order. It took them over three weeks to confirm if they'd give us a discount on a re-run (which was only $200 off of a $1,300 order), and then another full month to get the replacements sent. One of the comments I made is that the botched bottle's artwork looked like it was applied crooked (as in, it is not level with the top or bottom of the bottle), and that the re-run order should ideally be perfectly aligned. When I got the new re-run order, we noticed that the logo design is crooked... again. The whole process, from order start on 8/2/19, to re-run order received on 11/8/19, is three months of my life I'll never get back and $2500 wasted on bottles we can't even give away now. I am beyond disappointed from working with Print Globe, and could not recommend them to anyone that wants to work with a vendor who actually stands by their work and/or values customer service. read more

I ordered mugs back in October for an event. I had them rush shipped to me for that purpose. When they arrived they looked terrible so I couldn't use them. PrintGlobe gave me the run around about the quality of the mugs but finally after much research and pestering on my part, they admitted that they had a problem with their printer that day and my order was faulty. It's now late December and after much emailing and begging I still haven't received a single penny back. I have a box of worthless mugs that I can't use that are just going in the trash. I literally threw away hundreds of dollars. I wish they would fix this for me because I was so excited about the mugs and I'd love to give them another shot. read more

Submitted a 3x5 file, product chosen had 3x3 print area. I used the wrong template, the company should have made a point to let me know, they did not. Unfortunately I approved it without noticing the size difference. This was for a good client, they are VERY unhappy. I am a first time customer, there should have been an effort to educate me. Terrible experience! Prices were spiked once they realized order was being placed by service member. Company decided to approve and go forward with order without us even approving the proof. Immediately after making the decision for us, they charged our credit card and wanted to add extra charges. BEWARE! They made some promo coasters for me that looked amazing and bent over backwards to make sure that they were delivered ON TIME!

I contacted Print Globe to see if they could assist with a custom order of coasters. As a civilian employee, utilizing Government funds, I was concerned that the price would be out of the budget BUT Matt Barry and the remaining staff were great with assisting me with the specific look we required and within a tight timeline. I wish I was able to show the picture of the final coaster but it was gorgeous and we will use them again and have suggested them to other squadrons. read more

I really like the variety and selection this company offered. Unfortunately, I never got to finish my order and see how their quality was. I made the order before Christmas and got 4 emails from them over our Christmas break with a countdown to when they were going to cancel our order. They took my non-response as a confirmation of my cancellation and charged $25 for it. I've tried to call my "Senior Account Executive" Kaytee Bailey several times and she hasn't answered the phone, called me back, or answered any of my emails. The quote came in very quick and the customer service person was friendly. The prices are reasonable, however, when my stickers arrived they were not as embossed as I would have hoped, which is disappointing because they are for Christmas gifts for our clients. I emailed the CS person and told her about my disappointment and she specified that there are diferent embossing options and the one I wanted would have been more expensive. This is horrible horrible horrible . I ordered marketing materials for my company September 15 . I was supposed to received the order September 22. I had to email the customers service and ask where my materials are at ? After being thanked for FOLLOWING UP Karen tells me my supplies won't be there until the 29? Why didn't anyone call or email when My order wasn't ready as promised ?? Why do I have to follow up? I missed two marketing opportunity events with this poor service!! The service is not advertised as taking weeks to fulfil a small order ! I will never trust this company again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! They have the WORSE customer service in the world! They refuse to help me and give me quotes, They also refused to put me in contact with the owner or boss to resolve my issue. Instead they stopped answering/replying to emails. What a great company YEA RIGHT!!! Chip Wright Is who was my contact that REFUSED to do his job and give me simple quotes on items. He claimed it would take forever for him to quote like 20 items, how ? It's called LAZY and not wanting to do his job. Then refused to put me in contact with his boss and he just stopped replying and ignored me. He said I can ask anything through chat on the site, phone, or email, I chose email, he refused to give me quotes and said I have to call him and talk on phone. But I chose EMAIL not phone like he said i had 3 options to contact and I chose email. So if I have a health issue preventing me from speaking you just ignore us people and force them to call when they CAN'T and stop replying to emails/refuse to help through email like they said they would do in the beginning SMH!
