Since we had been working together for quite some time, he printed them before payment was finalized. Well... the world shut down on March 13 and the students never came back to school so I had no need for the shirts. I called to cancel the order but he'd already printed. The owner was going to take the hit and not charge me... I was stunned... I offered instead to go ahead and pay what he spent out of pocket. Since then he's printed 2-3 shirts for me a year. To my surprise, Jesse at the front counter told me I was being rude. I'm genuinely unsure how it came across that way, as I remained calm throughout, didn't raise my voice, and wasn't upset--just asking a lot of questions, attempting to find a solution.
