I did not cancel anything and it was a forced cancellation. I even asked if there was a late fee I could pay or reschedule it and only pay 50% for rescheduling fee since I've been a customer for so long but once again, she sounded happy to tell me no. I understand that being late is 100% my fault but I've also had to wait for my stylist for 10-15 mins when arriving on time so they are also not 100% punctual. This left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will unfortunately not be going back anymore.

This review is long overdue, and receives 0 stars. I DO NOT recommend this establishment for any services. Long story short, every Caucasian employee that works there is very prejudice, especially Avery and the owner Ally. I have been mistreated by Avery too many times, and after several complaints to the owner, the owner still chose to keep her employed. How can she keep an employee who is blatantly rude, prejudice, and doesn't clean tanning beds in between customers employed? Well it's because Ally, the owner, is prejudice too and apparently supports low vibrational energy. I tried working it out with Ally first, and have emails to prove it, but once she saw me in person at her salon, and she knew it was me, she started mistreating me too. What it comes down to is jealousy, envy, hate, and misery, which is why our world is so toxic. So here I am, writing this well deserved review, because people need to be exposed for their true colors and held accountable, because nobody's actions go unnoticed, especially by the Universe. You can't escape your karma. This review is to inform the community, and know that supporting her establishment is supporting hatred. I know we all have our own experiences, and it's up to us what we choose, so if you choose to support this business, I hope they treat you well regardless of what color you are, or your style. As a business owner myself, a situation like this, if brought to my attention, would be a wake up call to change my ways for the better, and take accountability, especially if you want to be a respectable business owner, and keep customers. I have been tanning her since 2012 and I have always had a a great experience. Most of the reviews here on Yelp and Facebook reflect what a wonderful, locally owned business this is. It is very clean and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are great! With one exception- there was an employee here for a short while that was quite rude, but she is no longer there, and it's no wonder why. It's nice to know that the owner has the clients best interests in mind. This employee is suspected of posting nasty reviews here on Yelp, but anyone can see that the overwhelming majority of people who use Pacific Tan love it! read more

Don't waste your dime here. Floors never cleaned, employees have been late multiple times to open up, bulbs haven't been changed in over a year I know firsthand, I have seen several cockroaches. You definitely get what you pay for here which isn't much. BTW MOST of these reviews are fake. Most of these people have never tanned there. I worked there a year, almost every one of these names belonging to reviewers are not in the system as tanners. read more

Pacific Tan is great they are reasonably priced and the staff is full of information! They actually have a special going on right now that I just learned about on facebook... Tanning till December for $99. Don't think I could find that anywhere else! The place is always clean and I feel confident in receiveing exactly what I pay for. I am always satisfied with Pacific Tan and have recommended it to all my friends!! read more

Been going to Pacific Tan for at least 10 years. Best tanning salon around. GREAT and knowledgeable staff. Newer beds with face lamps and body fans that can be turned off or on. Always get a beautiful tan because they keep the tanning lamps changed. Stand up bed is nice if you need a fast tan!! They also have 2 MYSTIC booths so no waiting for a spray tan. I got rip off! Don't buy Pre-paid unless you plan to go right away to use them, I was not informed that the prepaid expired after 2 months. It would be nice to notify customers when purchasing. read more
