Personable, responsive (via email/tele), super fast and fantastic color. I am quite fair/freckled do not tan and my husband while light with a little Italian in him does tan via sun--and both our results were perfect! I've also spray-tanned for years--Mystic and technicians, as well as use Fakebake and/or other in-home solutions--but only just learned of Bella/Katie as a new transplant to the area. The Bella Bronze product is by FAR the best in color and results. This is the ONLY self-tanner I have used to date that did not leave one-drop behind on my light swimsuits (that is after waiting the appropriate time and washing before putting on that suit, zinc sunblock and hitting the sun).
