The space is really beautiful and welcoming, and the staff are kind--I appreciated being greeted right when I walked in. That said, both times I've visited, I did end up waiting a bit past my appointment time, which was a little frustrating. The services themselves felt a bit rushed, and I didn't get the same level of attention to detail I've experienced at other places. I also noticed that the wax residue wasn't fully cleaned off afterward, which I personally prefer as part of the service. Lastly, there were a few areas that felt slightly incomplete, so I didn't leave feeling 100% satisfied with the results. Because of these issues, I don't think I'll be returning.

I bought a spray tan and facial package from Sarah for my sister. My sister is very picky about facials and has never had a spray tan so I was really hoping she would like it. She loved it ,and to my surprise actually bought skin care products from sarah that she uses daily. I called in to thank Sarah for being so nice and taking care of my sister and she actually gave me a gift cert. for a facial on the house! I plan on giving it to my mom!
