When we walked in, no one was at the front counter to greet or seat us. We asked one of the workers where we should sit, and we were told somewhere in the middle. There were still plenty of people eating, but a lot of the available tables had not been cleaned after previous customers left. We ended up sitting at a handicap accessible table, which made me feel uncomfortable because I didn't want to take a table that someone else might actually need. We waited around 15 - 20 minutes without being acknowledged or given menus. During that time, we noticed another family come in, get seated, and receive menus while we were still waiting. At that point, I felt ignored and disrespected, so I went to ask another worker for help. The worker at the front counter seemed to have an attitude and did not seem interested in helping us, so we eventually asked for a manager. Thankfully, the manager was very helpful, took our order, and did their best to make the situation right, including giving us complimentary wings. I really appreciated the manager stepping in and helping us. However, it should not take around 30 minutes for customers to be acknowledged, and the manager should not have had to be the person taking our order because no one else assisted us. I hope the service and communication improve because the overall experience could have been handled much better from the beginning.
