    Lamb with rice plate.

Hello All, it was my first time giving Aria Grill a try, and they did not disappoint. I had the lamb, served with rice. It was tender and cooked to perfection. They have a nice outdoor area, including fire pits with seating around it. Give them a try! Their hours are Thursday through Sunday, 12-8 PM.

Nice atmosphere with authentic seats and lights on the table. Delicious kebabs and rise. Highly recommended.

We came for a weekend dinner. The decor and mood has definitely a modern feel and vibe. There is plenty of interior and outdoor patio dining. Service is typical of others. Pretty straightforward and nothing overly notable. Food arrived fairly quick. We ordered our usual, the Sultan's burger. This was probably the worst of all three locations we've been to. There was very little flavor and the fries were not crisped enough. We also chose two other unique dishes we have not seen before at the other locations. The Pide with half chicken and half ground lamb/beef is essentially a pizza. While the chicken meat was was moist and full of flavor, the ground lamb and beef was disappointing as it had a very herby taste to it that we did not like particularly. The Lahmacun was essentially a flatbread with similar ground lamb and beef. Again, this was not really to our liking. Given this food experience, we will definitely not return to this location and choose instead to go to our favorites elsewhere.

When my husband returned home with the food, my falafel entree was disappointing. I wish I would have taken a picture. There were the falafel pieces on what was a tiny smear of hummus. The seasonal vegetables were more salad. I called the establishment to inquire about the missing vegetables. I paid a dollar extra for the seasonal vegetables option. I was talking to the manager who replied that since he has been working there, there have never been any seasonal vegetables. Well take it off your online menu if it's not an option!!! He did not offer anything in return to make up for my disappointing dinner. Bad customer service!! I have been a frequent customer and this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Train your staff properly. The customer is your most valuable asset!! Don't disappoint the regulars. UPDATE: I have edited my poor rating to 5 stars because someone did reach out to me and responded to my complaint and provided a positive resolution. I am satisfied with their response and happy to report I will definitely return!

I am glad I came here and went with the suggestion of the restaurant owner which was combo plate and falafel. Everything on plate not only looked good, it tasted amazing as well. The storefront isn't much to squawk about, but it's clean, well lit, and there's a couple of TV screens that you could watch while you're enjoying your food. As we looked at the menu, we discovered that in addition to kebabs and other exotic offerings, they had burgers and it really peaked our interest. If you love a good burger you'll enjoy what they have to offer. I do not know what they are using to season their patties as it was so unique from what I've eaten before, but the burger patty was moist and perfectly cooked, very tender and juicy as well. In each bite there seemed to be a symphony of flavors that I couldn't really name, but that had me wanting more after I finished it. It was the most exotic tasting burger I've ever had, yet at the same time, it had all of the fixings of a traditional burger. We found it to be an absolute delight. While the restaurant appeared to be unstaffed when we entered and nobody came out to serve us until we were just about to turn around and walk out, we observed that the young man who came out had gloves on and he was probably in the back doing some sort of food prep, so the delay was reasonable. He swiftly and politely greeted us upon sight, and answered our questions about the menu. I appreciated his hospitable demeanor and the food was amazing! I'm going back for kabobs and I want to try their colorful desserts. So glad to have found them.

Nothing crazy. But then my daughter noticed that the chicken in her Fattoush salad was a bit raw in the middle. She cut open all the pieces she still had on her plate, and a couple were the same. We called the server over and informed her that the chicken was undercooked. She took the salad to the kitchen to fix the problem. A couple of minutes later, she came back with her salad and said her chicken would be done in a bit. I think we were in shock. Never in my 57 years of life/30 years in the food industry have I ever seen a restaurant take the food off a plate that had bites taken out of it, salad that had been halfway consumed, PUT THE CHICKEN BACK ON THE GRILL, AND RE-SERVED THE SALAD TO THE CUSTOMER. We didn't quite know what to do. When she came back with the recooked chicken, we knew it was the same pieces because they were all cut in half as before. In hindsight, should we have called over the manager? Probably. He probably would have had the salad redone, which would have taken more time than we had. Did it take away the fact that they recooked half-eaten chicken on the grill and re-served the same salad? No. This is clearly a major health code violation. Then, when they cleared our plates, the server said to us, "You didn't want dessert, did you?" That was the icing on the un-ordered cake for us. So disappointing. Food was pretty tasteless, and service was... very odd. I think we're done with Zaytoon.

It's frustrating to see a business care more about the look of the place and the presentation of the food rather than keeping the quality of the food high. What could improve? Listen to your long time loyal customers? Keep the quality of the lamb where it was a few years ago! Don't think we are stupid and can't tell the difference! It's insulting!
