Amazing experience, an authentic rich hummus. Delightfully, tender, pita fresh crispy fries shoestring but a little fatter. We really appreciate it. They had so many sauces made not with mayo (Eggless). The garlic sauce is made with mayo. I enjoyed their liberal use of pickles. I wish the wraps have the same succulent pita that is served on the side, it is made with burrito like wraps. The falafel is a very fair price and is fresh. Restaurant is bustling, many orders from DoorDash. Friendly but busy servers and cashiers the same. Next line, the baklava was amazing. 7/5. One of the best in my lifetime experience. Crispy by phyllo dough, crunchy inside nuts, your choice of pistachio, cashews, or walnut.

Fries and steak wrap

My cousins and I went to Yafa Hummus in Tracy without very high expectations since none of us have tried a Mediterranean dish before but WOW! The food was amazing! We got the Shawarma Fries, steak shawarma roll, and chicken shawarma wrap. The fries were packed with flavor, and both the steak wrap and chicken shawarma wrap were delicious and filling. We keep wanting to get more because of how delicious everything was. The portions were pretty big. We ended up sharing everything between three people and still had plenty of food. On top of that, the prices were a great deal for how much you get. Definitely a spot I'd come back to and recommend if you are in the area.

I came tonight strictly to get a Dubai strawberry chocolate cup... too bad the employee was so extremely rude that I couldn't even enjoy my order. I arrived and ordered 2 cups.... $40!!!!! And the employee rolled his eyes and slammed the cups on the counter. I felt bad ordering it as he seemed like he hated making them.. but for $20 a cup they should be happy cause it's kinda a rip off... about 10 strawberry's nearly no chocolate and a ton of Kataifi.. it was tasty though (needs more chocolate). But overall service is everything and he made me feel so guilty just ordering :(

I got a chicken shwarma and gyro bowl with white rice, spicy hummus, and greek salad. I enjoyed the chicken over the shwarma. I also tried the falafel, which I prefer over the gyro meat as well. The bowl was a large portion for the price, can easily be shared between two people. The store has a decent amount of seating and was fairly clean. The service was fast, but I did go when it was pretty empty. You can order on a kiosk. I would say it's comparable to Halal Guys but not Cava.

While the food is still tasty, the service here really needs improvement. The vibe when I walked in was definitely not welcoming. They've added kiosks for ordering, and since there was no line and it wasn't busy, I figured that was the way to go--so I placed my order there. I sat down to wait, but then noticed a couple walk in after me and order directly at the register. It seemed like it was their first time because they were asking a ton of questions... meanwhile, I was still waiting, and the staff member who could've been making my food was busy helping them at the register. That's when I noticed my receipt had a convenience FEE just for using the kiosk. What in the world? Shouldn't it be the other way around? I'm saving them time by ordering myself, yet I'm the one getting charged? and it's not much, but it leaves a bad taste as there was no signage anywhere to indicate this like when there's a card fee posted. Had I known, I absolutely would've just gone to the register. They weren't busy anyways. When my food was finally ready, they called my name. I walked up and the guy didn't say a word--just pushed the bag toward me and walked away. Not even a hello or thank you. Eating out I think is a luxury, especially these days, and prices aren't getting any cheaper. The least I expect is basic courtesy. I got my food and left. Honestly, I don't think I'll be coming back for a while.

Yafa Hummus food hit it out of the park! I have never been this excited for Mediterranean food. Flavorful, healthy, fresh and simply delicious. There is a self ordering kiosk that I felt lost the customer and owner relationship but if you're in a hurry and there is a long line during peak hours, this is the way to go. Ambiance is more of a Togo than dine in as there are many warehouse and industrial business within the radius. Food is delicious! Highly recommended! From their hummus that was a recipe handed down by their grandfathers to the tzatziki sauce to the dolmas and wraps! So good!

Amazing food. I would suggest going here especially for chicken shawarma and spicy hummus

Inside of falafel

I got the 6 piece falafel and they were super nice and gave me some extra. The food tasted great and came with a sauce. The service was quick and kind. The ambiance was chill and laid back. I recommend coming here, especially if you're looking for some Dubai chocolate if they have any available, hang out with friends and family to chill.

I found myself in Tracy car buying on a Friday night (random, I know....) It was 8:30 by the time I was done and hadn't eaten dinner. Yafa was open until 9 so I figured it's hard to go wrong with Mediterranean and they proved that to be true! Around 8:45, the place was buzzing with people coming in for take out orders. You order at the kiosk (easy) and they call your number. The restaurant was clean and bright. The food itself-amazing! I had a falafel bowl. You can choose two different bases and they give you lots of options from Greek salad to rice and more. I got the brown rice and tabouli. The bowl also comes with two sauces (again you can pick.) I tried the tzatziki and tahini. Both were really good. The bowl is huge and the combo of flavors complimented each other well. The staff was very kind and told us no problem to dine in, even though they were cleaning up to close (they said they were going to be there a while.) They were so nice about it and we tried not to overstay our welcome and tried to finish our meals a little bit after 9. Great spot and how I wish they'd come out to Brentwood-I'd be a regular!

Amazing Shawermas i've had in San Joaquin County. The Sauce, The chicken and the taste is amazing ! The place is super clean and service is very nice as well. Would not suggest anything other than the OG Back home style shawerma if u want authenticity.

Loved their breakfast menu! And service was amazing as well. Loved Shashuka, hummus and both their breads esp., the wheat one.

Staff was slow today. Not very friendly like they normally are?

We love this place and will keep coming back. Lentil soup is yummy on a cold day. I tried a new item today called the falafel deluxe and it was delicious. Today was a little off on their service. It took almost 30 minutes to get the food. I watched the girl dish up the soup and then it sat for at least 10 min and was cool so we had to have it heated. The staff is usually so warm and friendly. The 3 working today didn't smile and were not warm at all. Hopefully it will be better next time!

I was talking to the manager who replied that since he has been working there, there have never been any seasonal vegetables. Well take it off your online menu if it's not an option!!! He did not offer anything in return to make up for my disappointing dinner. Bad customer service!! I have been a frequent customer and this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The storefront isn't much to squawk about, but it's clean, well lit, and there's a couple of TV screens that you could watch while you're enjoying your food. As we looked at the menu, we discovered that in addition to kebabs and other exotic offerings, they had burgers and it really peaked our interest. If you love a good burger you'll enjoy what they have to offer. I do not know what they are using to season their patties as it was so unique from what I've eaten before, but the burger patty was moist and perfectly cooked, very tender and juicy as well. In each bite there seemed to be a symphony of flavors that I couldn't really name, but that had me wanting more after I finished it. It was the most exotic tasting burger I've ever had, yet at the same time, it had all of the fixings of a traditional burger. We found it to be an absolute delight. While the restaurant appeared to be unstaffed when we entered and nobody came out to serve us until we were just about to turn around and walk out, we observed that the young man who came out had gloves on and he was probably in the back doing some sort of food prep, so the delay was reasonable. He swiftly and politely greeted us upon sight, and answered our questions about the menu. I appreciated his hospitable demeanor and the food was amazing! I'm going back for kabobs and I want to try their colorful desserts. So glad to have found them.

We came for a weekend dinner. The decor and mood has definitely a modern feel and vibe. There is plenty of interior and outdoor patio dining. Service is typical of others. Pretty straightforward and nothing overly notable. Food arrived fairly quick. We ordered our usual, the Sultan's burger. This was probably the worst of all three locations we've been to. There was very little flavor and the fries were not crisped enough. We also chose two other unique dishes we have not seen before at the other locations. The Pide with half chicken and half ground lamb/beef is essentially a pizza. While the chicken meat was was moist and full of flavor, the ground lamb and beef was disappointing as it had a very herby taste to it that we did not like particularly. The Lahmacun was essentially a flatbread with similar ground lamb and beef. Again, this was not really to our liking. Given this food experience, we will definitely not return to this location and choose instead to go to our favorites elsewhere.

I will definitely make sure to visit again when I'm in town. -------------- If you want to read my story of how and why I tried this place, read more here: I walked by this place while my car was getting an oil change. They had a sign that said in big letters, "HUNGRY? We can fix that!" Like Winnie the Pooh, I checked in with my stomach and answered yes! I was famished. I had brought my lunch with me but left it in the car while it was getting the oil changed, so I had nothing to nibble on. It was kind of early, maybe 10 AM, and I didn't even think they would be open, but then I realized they did have the sign outside on the sidewalk. I walked by the front door and it opened automatically. My heart started to flutter. So I went to look at their menu online and saw that they had chicken shawarma bowls. I love chicken shawarma. I decided to look them up on Yelp and make sure they had good reviews. I realized that they were a sponsored ad, and that gave me pause. The last time I went to a Middle Eastern restaurant that was sponsored, it was not so great, so I quickly checked the reviews. They have pretty good reviews! One review said that the chicken was dry, but others were more positive. I had a really good feeling, so I ordered it. Another reviewer commented that the rice was so good -- and they're not normally a rice enthusiast -- so when I placed my order, I upgraded my rice from the white rice that comes with the order to the rice infused with turmeric and garbanzo beans. When I opened my order, the bowl was a pretty decent size. If my husband had been with me, we probably would've been able to split it. In my order, I saw: * Seasoned chicken drizzled with shawarma and a delicious white sauce. * Hummus * Tomato cucumber salad * And this yellow turmeric rice I couldn't resist -- the rice was the first thing I tasted, and it was delicious! I can't quite figure out what flavors are in there, but I could taste a hint of cinnamon, and there were definitely other flavors there. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The hummus could very easily be the best hummus I've ever had. I really enjoyed this meal. I really wanted to eat the entire bowl myself but decided to save half of it for my daughter, who I know will also love it. Customer service was excellent. Adam was at the counter and greeted me very warmly. And when I was leaving, they asked me if I wanted hot sauce and then they put that in the bag. Overall, I give this five stars. I love that the food comes in an eco-friendly container. If there's anything that I could change, it's probably that they put it in a plastic bag instead of a paper bag. I try to avoid plastic as much as possible, but the container was quite big and needed to be in a bag while I hiked back to the oil change place. Oh, and before I forget... one of the first things I asked before I ordered is if the shawarma plate was gluten-free, and he assured me that everything in it was unless I was getting pita. And one more fun note -- when I got back to the car place, someone walked in, saw my food, and immediately asked, "Oh, is that from Manakish?" I was pretty impressed they could recognize it just by the look, especially since the restaurant is about half a mile away. Oh...and when i gave it to my daughter...she loved it so it gets two thumbs up!!
