The food and service were amazing. We drove in after a concert in Mountain View. Our server YC was great he explained everything since it was our first time. The Tabuleh was fresh and minty. Chicken shawarma was really fresh and the tzatziki was creamy. We tried the Turkish delights too. Definitely will be back. We need one in South Lake Tahoe. The falafel's were good too! read more

This place is delicious! Went there Saturday got two gyros in order of fries two drinks and pressed the button on the kiosk to add chips and hummus. I did not notice that it wasn't added to my order and the owner gave me a little sample size just so I can get my son to try it. It was also delicious. We go there a couple times a month and we will be back. read more

The young man who took our order was very nice and patient while we examined the menu. It took about fifteen minutes to get our food. The food was hot and it tasted extremely fresh and it was very delicious. The portions were large. My friend and I could have shared one wrap. We had food for lunch and dinner. We were on our way from Sacramento to Santa Clara and were lucky to find this location. Near the freeway exit, Yafa has great gyro sandwiches and Mediterranean bowls. They serve an amazing lentil soup that is homey and delicious, inspired me to make my own so I can enjoy everyday. Their falafel is perfectly cooked. I wish I lived in the area because I would love to try theBaba Ghanoush with Pita. Service was great and food was served quickly. Their Turkish delights is on the sweeter side and ironically, the honey Turkish delight was the best tasting and not as sweet as the pomegranate, peanut butter and rose. Came here for a quick lunch and grabbed two lunch wraps to split with fries on the side added to each. The wraps weee ok. Falafel was definitely better than the chicken. Flavor was better and it seemed better balanced. Chicken wrap seemed lacking. Felt like it was missing something. Might be better if it had feta cheese or tahini in it. Sort of dry. The fries for both wraps were an extra charge and did not state that they were seasoned. Mine were thrown away. I did not care for the seasoning. Will we eat here again? Uncertain. read more

I do not recommend Yafa Hummus. Their customer service seemed good at first but after waiting 20 minutes for them to take my order, Michael and Alex did not take mine while I was waiting there patiently. It was understandable because they had a few orders to do first. What frustrated me the most was that they took two more orders from other people ordering at the kiosk instead of taking mine. If you call that good service eat here. DO NOT eat here if you plan on paying with cash. read more

Horrible first time experience. Decided to give this place a shot, came in and wanted to ask the staff questions regarding ordering. We were standing at the register and the guy didn't acknowledge us for a few minutes, then when he finally did he said what can I help you with, we said we want to place an order he said there's a kiosk right there- I won't be able to help you for a bit. First off, that's not how you would acknowledge a customer one, two we were paying with cash but he put a bad taste in our mouth we walked right out and went to the next restaurant. Definitely won't be coming back. The business doesn't deserve the negative review but the service definitely does. read more

Mmm mmm good!! Great Mediterranean spot, a little on the pricey side for the portion size they give on the bowls but other than that delicious! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious, no complaints there. The service was great, we ordered a baklava ice cream and they asked if we wanted it now or after we ate, nice little gesture. I was visiting a friend in Tracy and we had lunch here recently. Overall I liked my main dish but would get different sides next time. I went with a bowl and got the kale slaw base with chicken shawarma and tzatziki sauce. I really enjoyed the chicken, slaw and tzatziki with the pita bread. I would have liked more tzatziki to dip in. For the sides I got the Mediterranean Salad: Cucumber, tomato, mint, and parsley. Dressed with olive oil - this was just ok. Sort of bland. I also got the Garbanzo beans which normally I love but they were bland too. No real flavor. I also had the pistacchio baklava - this was delicious. So tasty and flaky.
