I appreciated that he wasn't recommending just the default micromesh gutter guards because I was asking about them, but let me know the pros and cons and general price differences of multiple options. He said he would get back in touch with an estimate shortly, but it's been over a week now and, after multiple attempts to follow up with him (and despite the fact that he was initially very good about following up with me when setting the estimate appointment), I haven't heard anything further. This seemed pretty unprofessional to me, so I looked up the NV license number he has listed on his business card and it turns out that his company and license number are not listed, which is a worrying sign. While he seemed to me like he knows what he's talking about with regard to rain gutters, and looks like he's operating out of a well-equipped truck, all of this has given me enough pause to move on and go with a different contractor.

Chris initially came out to give me an estimate, and he was great to work with. He took the time to look everything over, explained what needed to be done, and made the whole process easy and straightforward. Seth and Anthony did the actual gutter cleaning, and they went above and beyond! They were thorough, hardworking, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. They didn't just rush through the gutters--they paid attention to the details and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. It's not often that you find a company where everyone you deal with is this professional and genuinely cares about doing a great job. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Battle Born Gutter Cleaning and would definitely use them again!

A foreman was eventually sent out and did complete the repair -- but co-owner Eric Mason's April 29th message stated he was 'not even made aware there was an issue,' meaning his own team fixed the problem without him knowing.

High Sierra responded promptly and fit me in the next day on a Friday. Before they arrived, I recieved schedule updates and that was much appreciated with so many unreliable contractors around this area (sorry, but true) and they arrived ahead of schedule at 2:30 pm. About an hour later the kind and skilled team had me fixed up better than new and for a surprisingly fair price. The gutter would not have survived the weekend and these guys saved my ass and did an A+ job that exceeded expectations. Thanks again High Sierra!

I called what looked like the top rated company on Yelp! ( and they reminded me they were top rated) and the first question they asked was if I had a two story house. Because I do, they declined to do the work - said they were so busy they were only doing single story homes. Go figure. I actually had a price in mind I thought I would have to pay for gutters on my house, and the Sierra Seamless price was exactly what I expected. They do take credit card, but charge 2.9% fee. I had hoped to pay with card but wrote them a check instead. Satisfied customer
