Why did we give you money for parts?! When he "finished" his work and gave a brief overall of instructions on how to work this costly system ended up charging me $50. to give us new settings on timer. Ok Ritchie where is the instruction booklet we've again requested so we don't have to pay a service call. NOW... my watering system isn't working on one of the timers so again no instruction booklet and NO RESPONSE! Seriously Ritchie! Stay away from this business and it's owner! Reached out last week, and prompt communication from the start. Matt arrived today and I led him to the problem area.. After two hours of replacing and adjusting sprinkler heads, I could already see a difference. Knowledgeable, professional and honest.. that best describe the visit. After they fixed our system, they were wonderful about putting everything back to the way it was.
