NOW... my watering system isn't working on one of the timers so again no instruction booklet and NO RESPONSE! Seriously Ritchie! Stay away from this business and it's owner! It's been a yearly issue when the heat starts and the grass starts looking stressed. Relying on Yelp and Google.. lead me to Matt from countryside Lawns. Reached out last week, and prompt communication from the start. Matt arrived today and I led him to the problem area.. They were very professional and friendly. They had to totally redo the sprinkler system box, which entailed a lot of digging. After they fixed our system, they were wonderful about putting everything back to the way it was. We had even lost some soil due to the amount of digging, and Javier put it on his calendar to come back and replace some of the soil that was lost. That was much appreciated!
