When he "finished" his work and gave a brief overall of instructions on how to work this costly system ended up charging me $50. to give us new settings on timer. Ok Ritchie where is the instruction booklet we've again requested so we don't have to pay a service call. NOW... my watering system isn't working on one of the timers so again no instruction booklet and NO RESPONSE! Seriously Ritchie! Stay away from this business and it's owner! He was able to quickly adjust and replace sprinklers, fix a leaky drip line, and determine why our tree was dieing - it had one blocked drip line when it should have had three working ones! He set our timers for optimum results. He also advised us on weed control and how to restore our lawn. We look forward to having a green lawn and a healthy tree. We learned so much! 6/15/26- Desperately…read moreneeded an expert to help with the backyard sprinklers.. Being away for four days and came back to a large brown spot .. and drying grass.. It's been a yearly issue when the heat starts and the grass starts looking stressed. Relying on Yelp and Google.. lead me to Matt from countryside Lawns. Reached out last week, and prompt communication from the start. Matt arrived today and I led him to the problem area.. After two hours of replacing and adjusting sprinkler heads, I could already see a difference. Knowledgeable, professional and honest.. that best describe the visit. Definitely keeping him on my list of favorite contractors! I learned so much from him about the sprinkler heads- trajectory and fertilizers.. They assessed the problem was needing three new valves and electrical. He gave me a quote and even thought it was way more than I expected or wanted to spend, I couldn't shop around. They were at my home and willing to do the work so I hired them. It only took a couple hours and it was as good as new. I appreciated the speedy response to my call and coming out to my home so quickly.

They were very professional and friendly. They had to totally redo the sprinkler system box, which entailed a lot of digging. After they fixed our system, they were wonderful about putting everything back to the way it was. We had even lost some soil due to the amount of digging, and Javier put it on his calendar to come back and replace some of the soil that was lost. That was much appreciated! We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future projects.
