He was able to quickly adjust and replace sprinklers, fix a leaky drip line, and determine why our tree was dieing - it had one blocked drip line when it should have had three working ones! He set our timers for optimum results. He also advised us on weed control and how to restore our lawn. We look forward to having a green lawn and a healthy tree. We learned so much! Matt was extremely helpful, responsive when contacted, he works fast and thoroughly. To us his work went above and beyond the price. So much better than all the money we paid for the original landscape!

6/15/26- Desperately…read moreneeded an expert to help with the backyard sprinklers.. Being away for four days and came back to a large brown spot .. and drying grass.. It's been a yearly issue when the heat starts and the grass starts looking stressed. Relying on Yelp and Google.. lead me to Matt from countryside Lawns. Reached out last week, and prompt communication from the start. Matt arrived today and I led him to the problem area.. After two hours of replacing and adjusting sprinkler heads, I could already see a difference. Knowledgeable, professional and honest.. that best describe the visit. Definitely keeping him on my list of favorite contractors! I learned so much from him about the sprinkler heads- trajectory and fertilizers.. If you call them, you're lucky to get a call back but, if you do hear from them, it will be days later. My main problem was getting them to do the backyard. Apparently, at one time, I told them not to go in the back. They never reduced my bill when they stopped doing the back. And 2 years later, when I asked them to resume servicing the backyard, I was never able to get them to do it. I repeatedly asked them to and their excuse was that I had asked them not to. But I'm asking them to do it now! So why not do it? Baffling. Finally, I was done trying. So I hired another company. I paid $265 for them to catch up what hadn't been being done in the FRONT lawn and bushes. OMG. The bushes had grown about a foot beyond their normal shape. Jill offered no reason for this, no apology for the bushes not being done and no reduction of my bill. Not a fan.
