Hugo is very congenial. Prompt response. Will be hiring in the future For my irrigation and landscape needs. read more

I saw the recommendations on yelp and I decided to message the business. He answered me pretty quickly and since I had an emergency, he sent a crew out the next day. They assessed the problem was needing three new valves and electrical. He gave me a quote and even thought it was way more than I expected or wanted to spend, I couldn't shop around. They were at my home and willing to do the work so I hired them. It only took a couple hours and it was as good as new. I appreciated the speedy response to my call and coming out to my home so quickly. read more

Hugo and his crew are fantastic! Returned my call promptly and completely the work the next day. Very professional and reasonably priced. Hugo was very nice to my elderly dad which is always appreciated! Thank you! read more

Hugo was great. Took pictures of everything, made recommendations and upgraded the system. Will use them again!

I had a cracked back flow valve for my irrigation system and Hugo and company did an amazing job replacing it. They came one day after I posted the job listing. I recommend Hugo for all landscaping projects! read more

Hugo was quick to respond to my question via text. Refused to tell me what he charges (hourly, etc) based on the gist of what I mentioned. He came over, and was quite rude to not only me but also his son. He kept saying it was terrible, there were many problems. He quoted me $250. I asked for him to email me this estimate. He got aggressive and said no, I either pay now or he leaves. I wished him a good day and the next person charged a third of the price and was pleasant and calm to work with the entire time. Don't bother with this guy. His poor kid. read more

Hands down the most professional, transparent and quality lawn service provider in Reno area. Timely, reliable feedback and absolutely beautiful work. Affordable and worth every penny. Being winter we didn't think the services would make a difference. It was like night and day. Our yard looks cared after and appreciated. Been through several providers in the area and Hugo and his Team beat them all in all areas!! Our services included cleaning a ton of pine needles, leaves, trimming on all plants, trees, edging, mowing. read more

Aces Lawn Care - Cleaned a ton of pine needles - Irrigation Near Me

Hugo was very responsive and came out the day after I called to provide a quote (He was available same day except my schedule didn't jive). Hugo said his team could do the work the next day which was great since this was a blown line that had concrete laid over it. The concrete was too wide in that area so Neto (sp?) capped the line on each side and dug underneath farther down the walkway where it was thinner and fed the line through PVC. He also extended the PVC under my outdoor office. I found Neto to be prompt, professional and provided the work in 3.5 hours. He cleaned up well, as well. I thought the price was a smidge high, but this job was hard to comp. Ultimately, considering how quickly and effective the job was done it was a good decision. I won't hesitate to use these guys, if needed. read more

Called Hugo because like an idiot didn't properly winterize my system and my backflow cracked. He replaced it within 3 hours of calling him and sent me a video to verify his work and my sprinkler system working. Awesome customer service! read more

He fixed my water supply and drip system. It's all working beautifully. He was prompt and efficient.

Hugo and his brother, Neto were great. They are very experienced, and they fixed our flooding issue by replacing a valve and then checked every station with me and made any adjustments needed, like making sure our wood deck wasn't getting sprayed. Then we discovered leaks in the drip system that they were able to fix very quickly also. I was grateful they were able to do the work so quickly after intially contacting them so our grass could be revived asap. Great to work with, trustworthy and would recommend. read more

Went on Yelp and found Aces Lawn Care to repair our sprinkler system. Hugo came out and checked the system and gave an estimate to repair everything. He had his guys come back later in the day and repair broken lines, replace sprinkler heads and adjust them and cap off unused water lines. They cleaned up and also sent me a video and pictures as they were doing the work . Will give them a call for future repairs or work related to lawn care and anything they offer. read more

Good work. I had a broken sprinkler and received from YELP a list of companies to call yesterday afternoon. Aces Lawn Care responded quickly and was able to schedule an 8:00 AM appointment the next day. Hugo arrived and quickly repaired the broken sprinkler. Price was $140 which seems to be the usual rate in this area. I should mention that two days ago I had scheduled a repair of the sprinkler with another lawn service who made a 10:00 appointment but did not show up or call. So it is good to see someone reliable read more

Shocked to see some minority who is a racist with no integrity. Totally unprofessional. I was looking for some professional service to winterize my irrigation system so I did a quick googling and submitted my request. Very soon dozens of interests came in, most offer $40 charges for the winterization. Hugos with Aces Lawn Care was one of them texted me directly, without a clear information on the pricing. One of the lanscaping service companies that I have used before also replied and they could get it done right away. So with no reluctance I went ahead with them. Two days later, when I was between busy meetings, I received a phone call from Aces trying to trick me, "Your husband was at the property when we did the service, right?" No, my husband was not even in Nevada. Then a few minutes later, he called again. The guy asked me to reply "no" to his text message. I asked him to pop his message to the top as I had no idea which was from him/Aces but I was willing to help. No messages received. Today he sent me a screenshot of the $69 consulting charge. I told him again, I used another company. He replied that "Nice you found another Asian! Thanks for wasting my time and money" Of all the states I lived in, I have always been using Mexican contractors, landscapers and gardeners. They won my respect by their hard-working mentality and good skills. One bad egg can spoil the bunch. Added a photo of the business owner's response. Not only by attributing his racial discrimination statement to being angry, revealed the truth of his twisted view and the unprofessionalism, he also made an insult to all the honest licensed tax-paying small business owners. Being a business owner and someone whose work is super busy, I don't normally answer phone calls without prior appointments. I have been answering his multiple random phone calls and agreed to help. His rudeness and incapability to stay organized or to communicate professionally already proved my initial decision. The person cannot resolve the conflicts with his service provider but dumping his rage on the clients. read more

New sprinkler Install due to cracked water pressure system...cost $350. which was the same as other company quotes and repaired 1 leaky sprinkler drip line...another charge of $100.00. I have had this done before and usually after checking the drip lines, if they needed fixing it was included in the initial estimate. Hugo was a super, nice person, personable, fantastic personality & easy to work with but he needs to get real in his prices. Not recommending unless your desperately in need of immediate service like me. read more

Hugo and Aces Lawn Care were awesome to work with! They tore out our old lawn, leveled the yard, and put new sod down. They were quick, efficient, and affordable. Hugo was always quick to respond and answer any lawn questions we had. I highly recommend! read more

Aces lawn care was the first to show up and offer an estimate. However, he showed prejudice towards a whole class of his customers that includes my family. The guy was disrespectful to my wife. Integrity is one of the most important qualities and this company did not show integrity in this interaction. If you don't want to work for a customer, just politely leave. read more

Sprinkler problems + no time to address yourself = find someone to do the repairs for you. Had my wife call around to find someone and she connected with Hugo at Aces Lawn Care. Nito and Jaime were here bright and early on a Saturday to install a completely new valve manifold for our backyard system. Can't say enough about their level of care and diligence to get the job done quick, thorough, and complete clean up after they were finished. Giving 5 stars because I can't give 10. Will definitely be using Aces again in the future for other yard projects. read more
