I used Sprinkler Master for a check up on our irrigation system as our water bill was high. He charged me $300.00 for an hours work! Further, the problem he said, was a deeply buried valve that he would return and replace for $700.00! Decided to have TMWA check meter, zone usage etc. Turns out I had 3 leaking toilets! Blue dye pills supplied by them. My landscaper then checked every valve on our property and found all fully operational. Hmmm! read more

Called for repair of 2 valves for zone control as my water bill was 65,000 gal last month. They did valve work and disconnected 1/2 of the drip system around my cactus (zone 1). Good so far. To close out the work order, I just needed to know how to winterize the system. That would happen in a few days. Upon inspection when I got home I found: - Zone 1 is flowing water but don't know where it's going. - Zone 1 was watering my roses, now it's not. - Zone 2&3 wiring is now backwards - Zone 4, 1 head was cross-threaded and flowing like a fountain. (I fixed this) - Zone 6 heads adjusted to not cover areas needed. ( I fixed this) It was my findings are that they did not do an operational check of the system. When questioned about this, they said nobody was home. NOT TRUE, my wife and teenager were home all day since she works from home now. When questioned about the heads, they said they replaced 18 of them. (Please note photos as I don't think they did) When questioned about the still flowing water and my roses not getting watered by the drip system, nobody has an answer. The tech I had to come out and look at all the issues said, "give me a week to fix this and make it right." So they call a few days later to make an appointment, which puts the situation further than a week out. At this point in time I cannot recommend this company. read more

Eric and his team helped me immensely. I had a huge dripper leak that I made worse when I tried to dig it up as I cracked my supply line in the process. My drippers from the front to the backyard were sleeved so they help dig until the other end of the sleeve was found. Also replaced my backyard valves where I cracked the supply line. I have an irrigation issue in my backyard that needs a professional irrigation specialist to repair. I called them and they actually came out the same day to diagnose the issue and get what they needed to give me an estimate. Great service so far! But then they never sent me the estimate. I have called the company twice and left a message stating that I was still waiting on the quote for repairs but have not received a call back or an estimate. I understand if they are busy and don't have time for my job, but at least be professional and let me know. read more

She said my appointment would be at 5pm with a service window of 5 to 7pm (to do repairs) She advised me that A TECHNICIAN NAMED CHRIS would meet me at my home. I rushed home from work to meet Chris the technician and patiently waited, I thought I may had missed the doorbell and check my Ring log, NADA..... Unfortunately, no one showed, no one called, and apparently no repairs WILL BE done. From my Perception it appears that they are not committed, responsible, or able to provide great Customer Service; in addition, It's Highly irresponsible for company not to verify an appointment, or provide a courtesy call due to delay. I had Brett from Sprinkler Masters come out in Nov 2020 as I found out that my irrigation system was leaking since I purchased my home in March!  He responded quick enough however, he was much more expensive than I would have ever imagined and cut corners at every turn.  He dug a giant hole and then instead of refilling with dirt, he put a bunch of insulation and garbage in the hole, then covered with some dirt, thus the entire thing sunk by about a foot.   Also, I had a lot of large river rock where he dug the hole... that was BEFORE he dug the hole.  When he left, he left a giant mess and the river rock was no where to be found!!  He also never bothered to bring more dirt or rock in to bring the levels back to where they were prior to his starting the job so it looked God awful.   Now it is spring 2021 and I turn on my sprinklers and sure enough, I have a leak right where Brett had performed work just six months before!  I called him and he never returned my call.  He knew he did a half-a$$ed job for a few thousand dollars and I was essentially robbed by him.  All I wanted to do is see what he was going to do for me and he didn't have the decency to return my call.  He runs what is utterly a useless service and should be shut down by the BBB, which is where I will file my next complaint! Overall, the guy is as bad as they come and I would NEVER use them again.  They are way over-priced, cut every corner they can, steal rock from your property, leave it as a giant mess, and then don't even do a good enough job to actually fix the problem!! read more

I spoke to one of the Sprinkler Master employees in a Parking lot, "not good on my part" he told me that if I used their service it would be $35 to show up, $35 an hour plus parts. Just got an invoice for $110.00 an hour and a total of $443.91 to fix 2 sprinkler heads. My bad for not doing my "due diligence" will never use these guys again. read more

We've worked with Sprinkler Master in the past and weren't thrilled with the work done but didn't want to write them off from one visit. We called them back for another chance and found out that this company was bought out by new owners earlier this year. We are AMAZED at the work Eric (new owner) and his helper did. We had a larger break in our line somewhere and a valve that needed to be changed out. Very transparent with what needed to be done, got us scheduled quickly, and pricing was more than fair for the quality of work being done. Give the new ownership a chance if you are hesitant because of old reviews or old work, their service is unmatched and you won't regret it!! read more

Lady in the office is very pleasant. Set me up for repair work that was scheduled nearly a month away. When an earlier opening came up she contacted me to move my appointment. All contact I had with her was great. Tech and helper showed up as scheduled. I was advised prior to work commencing that it would cost between $750-1000 if they had to dig. Repairs were undertaken and completed. A couple of underground valves were replaced. 6 hours 30 minutes of labor digging, replacing valves and refilling the hole. This was spread over 3 days, including the 1 day the job sat idle when no one showed up. Total cost: $1000 So far the work seems to be satisfactory. Just think the price was a bit high. read more
