I already had a couple of quotations to compare theirs to, so the bottom line was South Shore was twice as expensive as their closest competitor, over 11k.. Fast forward to early part of Oct and I took my boat in to get a quote on a spider crack on the gel coat above the water line that popped up Al end of the season '24. After we discussed his pricing etc for that fix and I found his pricing very reasonable I went through a laundry list of stuff, fix a gel coat chip, 2 more on the interior, wash/buff/wax the boat, replace the scupper valve, repair the trailer turn signal lighting, and replace the winch strap. I figured it'd take weeks, maybe a month, wasn't in a rush to get it done as it's the end of the season. Well, as Jeff quoted me 10days, on the 8th day I got the call everything done!
