Unfortunately, our…read morecontractor went under and we had to pick up all the pieces, which means we had our unit for nearly 4 years! We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

We were told to bring the registration, title and proof of insurance on the bikes when we brought them in. I wanted to raise the matter above the Sunday fill-in guys head which fell on deaf ears. Big time BAIT AND SWITCH! We inked a deal with them understanding they were working in good faith. They only thing they really care about is being able to liquidate everything in your unit should you not pay. Never ever will I use this storage facility no matter how nice and clean (it is) and DO NOT recommend anyone try to store vehicles with them. Reserved online, but as life goes, was unable to make it to the facility over the weekend. Great customer service, clean facility, easy check-in. And I ended up with a better rate than I had expected from online. And did I mention the great customer service? Friendly, hospitable and just an all-around pleasant experience! I'm really satisfied with the unit and the entire experience. However...the rate increases are unconscionable and I am extremely disappointed. I moved my things into a 10X15 unit on 6/16/ 2025 for a fantastic move-in special of $110/month. After 5 months the rate increased to $171/month, a 55.45% increase. I was a little concerned, but knew rates had to increase and figured it was still a fairly good price. Six months later, the price increased again to $271/month!! This amounts to a 59% increase over 6 months, and a whopping 146% increase over the course of 11 months!!! My rating is based solely on pricing practices.

My only gripe is that they get you in with a free month then raise rates within a few months And then keep raising them every few months so for long-term renters the monthly cost is always going up. It irks me that as a long-term renter, I'm paying so much more as a valued customer than someone coming off the street renting for the first time. There should be a long term renter discount.

Although customer service experience at the location has been pleasant, the overall experience…read moredealing with this company has been detrimental due to their abusive corporate decisions. In the course of 2 years, company decided to raise my agreed rental rate 3 times for up to 50% more than initially agreed. After confronting the manager, I was told this is out of their hands since corporate decides when and how much the rental increases occur. Instead of moving my business elsewhere, manager offered a smaller unit at a much lesser rate, taking into account that "rate will not increase for at least a year and even if it does, increase will be marginal". Trusting this company I decided to go ahead with the downgrade. To my surprise, less than 4 months later I receive ANOTHER RATE INCREASE NOTICE!! This time the increase would be for more than 50% starting next month. This increase like all the others happen for NO JUSTIFIABLE reason. As expressed by many others, this company has a long history of PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES. They purposely wait for you to be settled with your storage to increase your rates, not by a marginal amount but increases of over 50% of your agreed rental agreement. I appealed this with their superiors in writing but they failed to even respond. I am now in the process of starting to take legal action against this company and needless to say I recommend everyone to stay away from this corporation completely!
