This place looked legitimate. I didn't really call around to other places for estimates. I just saw the ratings of this establishment and thought I would give Mike a try. I came in on Tuesday got an estimate, he showed me the options for the tints. I made my appointment for Thursday. I dropped my car off and he called me when it was ready. In and out 1.5 hours. He told me the after care instructions. Pretty easy! My windows look awesome!! Mike is super awesome! He's friendly, affordable and seems very honest. I'm very happy. My car looks good!! Would definitely recommend this place.

My car feels so much cooler inside during the summer time, and I love the rejection of the UV. For reference, this is 15%. They're very knowledgeable about tint percentages, types of tints, and how it would look depending on the interior. I have the macchiato beige leather seats in my Mercedes, and they advised me accordingly. Ladies, or guys, if you're looking to prevent some weird tans on one arm or freckle spots, this is THE place to go. The price is competitive. If you want it done right, and will last, this is that one and done shop. I WILL be coming back for that ceramic coating when I'm able to, my car needs it bad. I love their mentality of treating their clients as family, cause that's the type of trust you want in a shop. You sincerely will not regret going to these guys, they're worth every penny.

But last week I took in my two year old Rivian with 40k miles. I simply wanted a ceramic coating because I've started doing a little light off roading and I want more paint protection. My car looks brand new. Literally, people online think the picture is a brand new Rivian, not one that's two years old. Aside from the paint looking brand new. They cleaned and dressed all of the plastic trim. They cleaned all the door jams as well. My car literally had dirt and grime in every nook and cranny. I think I'm going to have to visit Diamond Auto Salon sooner rather than later for my next new car. As a side note, when I dropped off. They were finishing a beautiful Rolls Royce. I inquired, they did a full wrap and color change on it. I'm more than impressed.

Jonathan clearly explained the different VLT (%) options best for my vehicle. I got a ceramic film tint for better protection at a fairly competitive price. The installation took about two hours, the edges are razor-clean with no bubbles or gaps, and the cabin temperature difference in the California sun is night and day. Overall, I highly recommend OT.

Anyone who builds off-road vehicles knows that finding the right shop is a niche and personal choice--you want a team you can trust with your rig. I had originally received a quote from a shop in San Diego, but when I realized there was a shop right here in my own backyard in Burbank, I wanted to try and keep my business local. I reached out and sent them the itemized list of work from the previous shop to see what they could do. What followed was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced. The guy who called me back came out swinging, practically yelling at me over the phone. He was incredibly defensive, snapping, "Just so you know, we are $275 an hour for labor, and I see you cut this invoice out from someone else's estimate. We are more expensive than them." He sounded deeply insecure and visibly furious that a customer would dare to shop around for the best fit. He later left a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, a different guy answered the phone and spoke to me like I was a debt collector harassing him. When I answered his question about who I was looking for and our previous conversation, he rudely interrupted me mid-sentence, blurting out, "OKAY, WELL I HAVE ANOTHER CALL SO..." and literally just trailed off into silence. I just hung up. Why would I ever let people who treat human beings this way get anywhere near my vehicle? How does a business survive operating like this? I had a $12,000 job ready to go for tire replacements, a suspension overhaul, front bumper replacement, roof rack and heavy maintenance work. Instead of securing a massive project, these clowns let their egos and hostile communication skills ruin the transaction. Out of principle, take your hard-earned money and your rig somewhere else. Go to a shop where people actually practice basic kindness, respect, and professional communication. The way this entire crew came across was like a bunch of snakes. Save yourself the headache and go to another off-road establishment. And know that this place charges an hourly labor rate of $275 an hour.

He was able to take my car in the same day. When I arrived he asked if I knew how dark I wanted them (which I didn't). My car has factory tint in the rear and I wanted it to match or closely match with the front. Alonso explained the difference in the colors and showed me how dark it would look on my car. Additionally he took his time to explain the difference in films. I felt the price was reasonable and to be honest probably the best quote I had gotten. Alonso suggested tinting my windshield also for the heat rejection but I was not sure because I have never done that before so I decided on not doing it. I would say that's my only regret now because I definitely feel the difference when the sun is in front of me. I did plenty of research prior because in the past I had not had the best experience with other businesses so when I got my car I knew I wanted to be sure the business would do a great job. When doing my research evolution was the only one that had nothing but great reviews so I trusted my gut and sure enough they did a fantastic job. Additionally, I waited for my car in the lobby and got updates on the progress of my car throughout the entire service. Will definitely be recommending people here and returning to get my front windshield tinted.
