July 2024 first servce I have a 2017 chevy suburban the stock stero system wasn't cutting it anymore. Called and messaged Javi and they took care of me and helped resolve a few other electrical issues. What the team did: - audio matting in all the doors - New Arc 8 channel amp/ new arc fronts, and rears - 15" subwoofer in box/ used my old amp - dedicated volume know for subwoofer - bass restorer knob - marine battery installed with a 110 outlet in back trunk area The system made the car feel brand new, everything integrated and the best part is the family wanted to ride around and road trip more. Then pulling out a PA speaker system and plugging into back bay, showing off while camping. Jan 2026 Took the truck in because the sub blew out. I finally got a dash cam since LA drivers are reckless since the Pandemic! I needed someone I could trust to do a good job and my brother referred Javi. He couldn't say enough about him. So, I made an appointment for a Tuesday morning to have it hard wired (which is the best option since it uses its own fuse and does not drain your car battery). While I was there I also had my driver side and passenger side windows tinted to protect my skin from the UV rays. It was ready in about 3 hours. The total cost was $250 for the hard wire installation and $90 for my tinted windows. They are very courteous, friendly and professional here. The warehouse also sells car stereo equipment, dash cams, alarms etc. It's quite big inside although it doesn't appear that way from the street. My only complaint is that who ever installed my front dash cam put a long scratch just along the bottom of my windshield. It's low enough that it doesn't bother my eyeline but my OCD got the better of me!!! (And I didn't notice it right away because it was low) I would definitely go back here and highly recommend them. What an incredible disappointment. I spent a lot of time searching for a particular type of fleet type tracking system for my vehicles. Unfortunately the manufacturer didn't have a certified technician nearby. After calling around, I was relieved Javi's assured me they could do the job. In fact, they installed this type before. When I asked some more specific questions about installation on an older vehicle, I was told to bring it in. Imagine my frustration when I arrived: First, I was ignored for a while. Then I was told the person I spoke with was now gone for the day (it was still morning). And finally I was told all the features I wanted didn't exist in a single off-the shelf-system. However, they would gladly put something "better" together for me, with even more features, (which I explicitly didn't want) and "most" of the ones I wanted, at an inflated price. When I protested and tried to show them the unit I was talking about, (I had already gotten them from the manufacturer), I was dismissed away, being told once again, I didn't know what I was talking about. What a waste of time, energy and good will. Fortunately I found a knowledgeable installer elsewhere who got the job done. read more

I called pretty last minute and asked if I could take my car over to get my dash cam looked at and fixed. In less than an hour, Javi and his guys were able to identify the issue and fix it. My backup camera had become cloudy and then stopped working entirely and I had a speaker on the driver side that sounded distorted and needed replacing. I looked up reviews for car audio places in the Valley and Javi's had great reviews so I drove over to get an estimate. Omar came over to my car and helped me immediately and gave me quotes on work and said they could take care of me immediately. He showed me options for cameras and explained to me that if it turned out that my wiring to the camera was bad that it would cost more to install but he would let me know every step of the way what he was finding out as he got into the trunk wiring area. I have a 2004 Audi A6 Avant and he had a thorough conversation with me about issues I had with the back hatch interior panel that could become worse when they removed it to do the wiring. He didn't want me to have any surprises about the workmanship or my expectations about how the panel would attach later. We discussed options he could do to secure the panel once he was completed with the install. I really appreciate his thoroughness in going over all the work prior because I've had mechanical work done so many times at shops where you assume how things will be completed only to be disappointed or surprised with results. Actually the work Omar did on my hatch made it close better and have less rattling than before so I was thrilled about that. The prices were reasonable and they had plenty of quiet areas inside for me to wait. It did turn out I needed rewiring for the camera which made sense since the camera had gone from cloudy to completely black. I'm so happy with the new camera. It's much sharper than the one I had installed about 6 years ago at another shop and it's waterproof which my last one was not (which is why it was cloudy inside from moisture.) Omar showed me why my last wiring died (it got pinched by my hatch latch) which was probably do to the way it had been installed previously. Now that it's installed properly, I'm looking forward to many years of use with no issues. As I was getting ready to leave the shop, my brake lights wouldn't turn off when my car was parked and Omar discovered my brake pedal switch had gone bad. My car is almost 20 years old so the part just happened to die while I was at the shop. Omar disconnected my battery so it wouldn't die from the brake light being on and I ended up leaving my car overnight so they could find the part for me in the morning. Omar and Javi went above and beyond to take car of this problem that had nothing to do with the speaker and camera install and the next day I came and picked up my car as the brake switch had been replaced and installed. Javi's is the kind of business that nurtures long term relationships because of the way they treat customers. I have a class B RV(Coachman Beyond)and the did phenomenal work. They added security cameras on the outside that gave me a full view of the outside. Now we're camping and if we hear noise, can look to see if it is a person or an animal. They also put on a rearview mirror that tracks behind me and in front of me. I am very impressed with the installation and service from Javis Electra Warehouse. I met with my advisor/installer and based on what I wanted to do, received a few options. When all was said and done everything came out exactly how I wanted. I was instructed on how to use my new sound system. Also, I was shown how to connect it to android auto, maps, sound adjustments, etc. It was a lot to take in but i figured it out after a week...lol. My car sounds 1000 percent better, install was clean and the head unit integrated into my dash seamlessly. This is a review regarding a front & rear Dash Cam Installation today. I bought one on Amazon - Red Tiger Cam - which they were happy to install for $250. They offered a really nice one for $650 with installation, but that's out of my range at the moment, so I stuck with my $200 dual cam. It was a hardwire, and they did an excellent job! Outside of the cameras, not a wire in sight, and everything worked great when I turned the car on and off (which immediately sends signals to the cameras). SO...TWO HOURS LATER I GET REAR ENDED!!!!! LADY SAID SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND ACTED LIKE SOMEHOW I WAS AT FAULT. I got home...downloaded the locked footage...AND THERE SHE WAS IN ALL OF HER NEGLIGENCE! My point? If you're looking for a full service dash cam install that works flawlessly when you need it, head to Javis. Truth?
