I'm absolutely OBSESSED with the radio they put into my car. I have an old Prius (2013) with an extremely outdated radio system and it stopped working. After coming here and getting a full estimate with 3 different price quotes for different options, Jimmy helped me pick out which was best. We gave a deposit and not only did they fix the radio, but they also put a backup camera and connected it all to my steering wheel! I literally feel like I have a brand new car. Ron the owner is so friendly and nice, he made the whole thing so easy and managed to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday! This place has wonderful service. 10/10 , five stars all the way! I am so grateful and happy about this entire experience I couldn't recommend them more. I wish I would have come sooner. They're pros and they'll leave your radio looking amazing !

The main difference between our 2017 Forester and one we'd buy today was its fairly ancient head unit, so I went looking for places to swap the stock Subaru one for something with CarPlay support. Power Station is on a very unassuming stretch of Reseda blvd filled with auto repair ships but the very positive reviews convinced me to come in- and I'm glad I did. They were super friendly and easy to work with and guided me to a reasonably priced but great replacement for the stock system in my car. They also replaced a blown tweeter in the front. New system works great and sounds even better. read more

I have an older car with a Bose sound system & the sound stopped working weeks ago. Then after an oil change the speakers started making jackhammer-like sounds. Ron at Power Station was able to look at my car the same day. He and Mauricio were super nice, they pulled the amp out and determined it had failed. They priced out options for refurbishing the old amp or replacing with a new Kenwood amp. The new amp included a 2 yr warranty on parts, lifetime on labor and was actually cheaper. I brought my car back the next morning and they had it done by early afternoon. The new amp sounds great and I'm happy I can stop driving in silence! They gave me a great price with clear info on the cost breakdown for diagnostics, parts, & installation work. I don't think I'll have any car audio needs for a while but if I do, I would definitely go back to Power Station. Big thank you to Ron and Mauricio! read more

I brought my Mercedes in this morning I was taken in immediately, you will be greeted by Ron a seasoned veteran with 40 years of experience in the car radio business. I was recommended to Power Station by an independent Mercedes Certified factory trained Technician. First Ron is the ultimate professional, and his techs are highly trained, and a experienced, second to none! Today was another great experience at Power Station. I have to say that those guys there really know what they are doing. My daughter had a couple of issues fixed and totally resolved. From diagnosing a faulty horn, diagnosing and replacing the AC /Heater blow motor. And even replacing the car battery for her. That place has always been my all time one source shop of alarm, speakers, stereo, installations and more. I have been dealing with Ronnie there for nearly 20-25 years. He has a great group of guys there that are very skilled. They are great. I highly recommend Power Station. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else ever. I had a good experience here. My car alarm was going off randomly when I locked the car, keeping me and my neighbors up at night. I wanted to upgrade the horn so I called a few places to see how much it would run me. I got the horn myself and just needed a pro to install it for me. I spoked to Ron and felt at ease with him. I have a 2009 Mercedes C300 that's obviously old but wasn't able to be upgraded easily in terms of stereo. I shopped on Amazon, eBay, etc. I eventually found a site online that tells you if the radio is compatible with your car. Not only did Ronnie have the radio available but he matched the price online. Great experience overall, had a new head unit installed that comes with warranty, unfortunately there were issues with the connection to android auto where it kept cutting out for a second at a time, when back and explained what was wrong and they were happy to look at it and fix the issue absolutely free of charge, at the end it was still doing it so they replaced the unit, once again completely free as all their units come with warranty, they did not stop until the issue was fixed and I was a happy customer. The prices are great as well! read more

I was recommended to come here by a coworker. The owner/manager Ron was my contact and he got me an appointment immediately. I needed to get a radio with a screen and back up camera for my 2003 Toyota Tundra. Ron gave me a great price on the radio unit so I decided to get new speakers as well. They had everything in stock and finished before the day was over. Mauricio worked on my truck and he did a great job! There was a small part that got lost so I had to come back after it shipped here. I was able to come back on my schedule and they stopped what they were doing to complete the work on my truck. Mauricio has great attention to detail and made sure that everything looked perfect. I will be coming back to do my headlights and other work. Definitely recommend this place! The results were pimpled marks and scratches all over the windscreen. My other car was done by a shop in Sun Valley for half the price and when I hold my hand (or Laser Thermometer) near the from tint from there, I can barely feel any heat transfer. The dent is in a terrible spot on a curved panel, so now I'm looking at over $1,000 in repairs. The tint itself looks great, but the sketchiness of this situation completely ruined the experience. Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. There were no surprises and no problems when I picked it up and paid. Just pure joy listening to my new system. The system sounds great at all volumes with all music. I'm not an audiophile (and neither are 99% of the other people who claim to be)... but I do have a good ear, and I love me some clear, deep, bone shaking bass that doesn't overpower the reset of the music. Ended with all Kenwood speakers and sub, new JBL head unit with wireless Car Play, along with door and trunk deadening to eliminate vibrations (not initially in the plan, but after the first listen I wanted it and it made a WORLD of difference). LOVING my driving experience now! Did it all in a day. Highly recommend this place! P.S. writing this while sitting in my car bathing in this sound. Don't wanna get out!

I tried to take my new Jeep Compass here and set an appointment for Tuesday, 9:30 AM for a dash cam install. No one was there when I brought it in for my appointment, I waited 15 mins for someone to show up and called only for no one to answer the phone. After a guy in a white Honda truck shows up I let him know I had an appointment and that I've been waiting and calling but no one was here, meanwhile other shops on the same lot are saying I can't in there for them. After this random guy shows up (not the same guy I talked to and booked the appointment for) he starts saying that if I didn't like him being late to just take my car and leave... so I did lol what a shame I had so many questions to ask about a future install project, I was hoping I can find a shop to install all my new equipment but this will not be the shop. I would suggest the owner trains their employees better and maybe show up on time when setting an appointment, I will be going to JB customs instead, they're much more professional. I will never recommend PowerStation, way too unprofessional; take your heard earned money somewhere else guys! I have posted earlier reviews of the Power Station for the work they've done on other Volvos I've brought to them so it may be a little boring to know I've had another satisfying experience and feel the need to share about it. Ronnie still oversees the shop which is now the domain of Jimmy the hands-on manager and Mauricio the installation wizard.Together they found a way to install a factory subwoofer in the spare tire wheel well of my Volvo wagon with nor fuss or drama. They have a "can do" approach and, truly, they can do it all. I appreciate that Jimmy suggested some LED lighting for the interior of my 2007 with no hint of hard sell. I went for it and now my interior lights up the way the new cars do. Not surprisingly, I'm now thinking of other projects for these guys as they have endless talent, resources enthusiasm to make customers vehicles meet their desires. Side note: on every visit there are vehicles that look like show cars in their tiny work space. read more

I recently bought a 2017 Civic and was looking for a headlight upgrade. I was thinking of HIDs and Javi recommended Led's which cost less and still look great and used less power compared to the HIDs. I shopped around before getting it done and found out they offered a good deal. Other places would charge you an arm and a leg and would take a few hours to install. The following day I returned to Power Station and had it done. Javi worked on it and was done in 20 mins. This shop is a good shop. They are not trying to rip you off or get more money out of you. I will get all my upgrades from them from now on. They also have a great staff that will answer all your questions like Mauricio and their expert mechanics and technicians. Overall this is a quality shop that wants to keep its clientele. I would give them 10 stars if I can. I recommend Power Station to all my friends and family. read more

I started having problems with my HID lights about a month ago. The headlights would flicker and sometimes the left headlight would go out. I called several shops in the Palmdale area and I would describe the problems I was quoted ridiculous prices and then I was told we don't work on HID lights or after market lights. I Yelped shops in the San Fernando Valley and read reviews. The first shop I called was Power station I spoke with Ronnie and he was very knowledgeable about the product so right away I felt comfortable plus he did not quote an outrageous price. I took my car in, the service was speedy the staff was courteous and my lights are nice and bright. I'm very happy with the service and product I received, best of all the price. Ive been getting the best stereo work from the Powerstation for the last 20 yrs.. I live in orange county now an one stereo done there, the biggest mistake i made. now i drive over 50 miles to have my stereo work done by the boys at the powerstation. Ive been bumping since the late 80"s an the best work comes from the best in the biz..."THE POWERSTATION".. dont go anywhere else unless you want to throw your money away!! Wow! Ron and his crew is the BEST, I came all the way from Las Vegas, because of his reputation to get my Jeep worked on, 3 guys in 3 days and so much done. I have a Jeep Wrangler and the radio and speakers that came with it was so low quality. Ron put in a Pioneer Radio and Speakers. What a sound system, bluetooth, back up camera, CB radio, Nav. & GPS. I asked to install my air pump in the back of my Jeep ( I can deflate and air up in minutes ) with live power jack and they Installed a rock bar. He import his own brand of LED Lights! I now have halo driving lights and bright head lights. They also installed night lights where the fog lights was ( who needs fog lights in the desert ). Great guys, Jay is honest and as long as your clear with what you want he'll get the job done, and Ronnie is the one in charge and he will give you the straight up truth and always try to work with you selling you what you need and not anything extra you dont. They know what they are doing, they're quick and have THE BEST PRICES AROUND. I looked at like 30 other places until I finally came across them and was not disappointed. Ron the the owner is wonderful person who explained everything to us in simple terms . We had an electrical problem with our Mercedes that caused our battery to be drained . We had several other places try to fix this parasitic drain . He was able to diagnose and completely fix are car . There we no surprise and he kept us informed all along the way . This is my third car that I brought to Ron and they have been more than professional working on my car. My car gave them more problems and took hours longer then he originally quoted but didn't charge me for the extra time. This place is awesome. I went to Ronnie with hopes and dreams of transforming the inside of my 2011 Ford Escape into something that can compete against the crazy technology installed in today's vehicles. My husband took his 16 year old Jeep Wrangler to Ronnie because he needed some sound proofing installed, because it was so noisy it was aggravating his tinnitus. Ronnie and his team did a superb job - the fit and finish was extremely professional and the sound proofing really made a difference. I had the worst Saturday ever dealing with my Ford Ranger 2002. I got it towed to Pepe Boys they fixed the problem but left me with electrical ones. Said that it was the alarm. So i took it to the Powere Station and talk with Ron. Very helpful and insiteful. They hook me up with a new alarm and fix the other problems for just $20 more. Always great service, this is my go to place for the lights on my car. Went back because my fog lights went out (done at a different location) the previos guy had done such a crappy job installing them. But not at this place, they redid the wiring, so now they are legit and it was done at an awesome price. These guys never fail me and always hook me up. You won't be disappointed. read more
