Great experience overall, had a new head unit installed that comes with warranty, unfortunately there were issues with the connection to android auto where it kept cutting out for a second at a time, when back and explained what was wrong and they were happy to look at it and fix the issue absolutely free of charge, at the end it was still doing it so they replaced the unit, once again completely free as all their units come with warranty, they did not stop until the issue was fixed and I was a happy customer. You tell him I have a 2008 ML350, he already knows you need this adapter or that part to upgrade the lights on my car to LED. When I was there, there last month, there was a Ferrari there in the garage. I took my Avalon a few weeks later, Corvette and an old school muscle car.
