I went in knowing what I needed but this gentleman proceeded to question my knowledge and tried to make it seem like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. He couldnt answer my simple questions and insisted that I needed a mechanic. He said to me " you just can't replace parts to find out the problem" after I clearly told him I needed a new alternator. I guess the people who work here think they are better than everyone and know more.
