All the action happens in one room and the production quality of the props and effects leaves much to be desired. You're aware that you're in a mall the entire time. Because everything happens in one room you can easily go out of order with the clues. You get an hour and can ask for 3 clues but again your imagination is never transported anywhere. I think if there was a discount, I would have felt differently. Again we had an okay time but probably the worst escape room I've ever participated in.

Myself and my boys had been to one other escape room experience (in Albany, I believe), but this one was above and beyond our previous experience. It reminded me a little of the MagiQuest at a Great Wolf Lodge, but better. We were two moms and 4 teen/tween boys and us moms enjoyed it as much as the kids. We started with the easiest adventure - Dragon's Curse. We had an hour and we completed it in about 40 minutes. We will definitely be back to experience some of the more challenging options!

I don't remember the staffmember's name but I am fairly certain we were the last reservation of the night and I am grateful for not only his patience but also his engagement and energy. He made us feel right at home and (in a good way) added right on to the eeriness of the lobby/foyer area for Jungle 2. The puzzles were fun to figure out as a team of two although another head or two likely would've lead to us completing the room with more time - once you're locked in, you're locked in. I'd honestly do this one again. ABSOLUTELY recommended if you haven't already done it!

With 30 minute prep, he turns a room of your house into a unique escape the room event. We had about 10 11/12 year olds each time and it was perfect. We are scheduled to attempt two of the three rooms that they currently offer. The facility is located inside of an office building on the main floor. Once you enter the lobby there's a large waiting area w/disposable cameras & water bottles for purchase. The first room that we decided to try is their most advanced one "A Broken Mind: Psych 102". The room starts off divided into 2 groups. Obviously, teamwork is extremely important in order to help each other out. This room had a little bit of technology implemented and it was utilized cleverly. The decor complemented the theme very well and the puzzles stuck to the storyline the whole time. Normally the suggested amount of people is four, but the two of us managed to escaped with 3 minutes and 42 seconds remaining. The next room we are scheduled for is "Last Resort"."Last Resort" is classified as an intermediate room. The minute that you we stepped inside "Last Resort", we noticed a lot of upgrades in the decor and the design. We felt immediately drawn into the storyline from beginning to end. There were some locks and technological puzzles that we've haven't seen before which made the experience all the more interesting. Overall, Panic Room CT delivered great customer service and we can tell that they are constantly stepping their game up! We can't wait to try their new games in the future! *For more info, check out my Yelp profile.

We chose Biohazard because it has a higher difficulty and we can usually "escape the room". The room wasn't 100% ready when we arrived.. some locks were undone, there was no paper for us to write on.. bottom line, things were missing. There were too many locks and not enough story line. The four of us were minutes away from escaping but ultimately didn't make it out. The guy running the place.. think his name is Matt, was kind of abrupt once our time was up. Felt like we were rushed out. There were TWO more puzzles we had to solve and it's not like there was a line of people waiting to get in.. it would have been cool if he let us finish the last couple things. The room has potential but overall, we found it disappointing.
