To be honest, I was missing variety in the types of puzzles and the physicality in the tasks I needed to perform. Most of the tasks centered around logic puzzles in the room I escaped from. The one room floor plan limits the creativity and doesn't truly allow for a better experience relative to other escape rooms I've tried. This location is very convienent being in the mall I was already in. The folks are very friendly and helpful as well when I needed clues. There is Axe Throwing available as well.

They are all little individual " panic rooms" very cool! All different themes in each house separated by a corn maze. After all of that you are led into a little village where there is a stage and they do magic performances- along with some food stands and the cutest little trinket store where we got some cool vintagey Knick knacks! I have to say, for an adult this was a lot of fun for our group of 4. There was no " bumping " into other people's groups or little kids ruining the time for us. The lines look kind of long but with social distancing implemented it's really not and you move right along! Not like haunted house ma use to be years ago when it was just chaotic and lines were insane.. The set up was so smooth and easy to follow ensuring you don't miss a thing ! From one attraction to the next just smooth transitions. It was definitely worth the hour ride! Our package included a breakfast buffet and I received so many compliments on the food. Everyone had a blast in the rooms - especially the bridal party. Rob was so easy to work with - accommodating us with literally ANYTHING we needed and allowed us more than enough time to set up and hang out after the party. The party room was a perfect size (we had 45-50 people) and we were able to make it our own with our lock & key theme. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Escapeology in Trumbull- especially Rob. He truly made our engagement party memorable and fun!

After signing our forms and getting a briefing, we received a story about the room and were placed into a very cool bio lab. From there on, the room was DIFFICULT. We had 4 players altogether and it was tough! We were one puzzle away from winning the game but our time ran out! Definitely don't overthink everything which you can easily do. She wasn't sitting there twiddling her thumbs but she couldn't do as much as she would have wanted to. Also, this is minor but we aren't used to having to use an item more than once after its helped solve a different puzzle. For Veterans, just make sure you throw the "one and done" rule away. They are located on the second floor to the right, just follow the signs. The staff was very friendly, and even offered to take a picture of us at the end. A few different rooms available, we chose patient number three. It was close to an hour of fun and got us to use some critical thinking skills. They honored a coupon code from almost 4 years ago when I had to cancel a party due to Covid. It took a few minutes to find, but there were no issues when the code was found in their database. We had a special event and the website mentioned they can do something special for special events if you contact them, but my attempts at contacting them were fruitless. Just in case you are unsure of where to go, the escape room business is on the second floor. We played the Clue room. Given the price being so low, it was a solid room with a fun theme. That said, there were puzzles you could just brute-force your way through if you wanted to, and the clues from the game-master we needed were mostly not clues but help because a certain piece of the room didn't work from a technical perspective. Unlike at other escape rooms, the game-masters are definitely not paying any attention to what you're doing in the room unless you call on a walkie-talkie for a clue, at which point you have to explain to them what you're doing.

Unprofessional Attempted to solve an escape room and found…read morea lock that would not open. We used a hint thinking we had the incorrect password. The employee came in and gave us a hint which we already solved. We told her we already attempted that code she said try again and that she could not help. We watched 15 minutes go to 0. When a different employee came to let us out we asked how to solve it and she attempted the password to the lock and it did not work. She told us the lock must be broken but could not give us extra time or reimburse us for the faulty experience. She did offer a discount on out next room as if we would be returning.
