My group failed Victim No. 7, but we still had fun!
Christina Z.

Escape 101 was a strange, yet fun place! I invited my friends here for my birthday, and got to do the Victim No. 7 room based on our group size and total experience level. Make sure you call or go online and reserve your room at least a few days in advance, they do get busy on the weekends. The group I brought was a mix of friends and strangers, and doing an escape room was a really good way to break that awkward ice. The teamwork needed in the room helped warm my friends up to each other, because you have to work together and communicate to get out! The puzzles were slightly harder than we expected, and unfortunately we weren't able to escape our room. However, our host gave us the percentage of about how far we had made it (80%!), and offered a choice- a discount off our next visit or the answers to the puzzles- we chose the answers. We got to ask him questions on where we went wrong and what in the room was significant or not. Overall this was a fun, interesting experience with a great host! Tip.. definitely don't drink before you come play. You need some brain power for these rooms!

We made it, so much fun!

A ton of fun but bring a lot of people you need the numbers to complete all the tasks !

There is one super friendly employee who is welcoming and helpful. Some rooms are better than others, but fun overall.

Every challenge is a combination lock and the theme is very lack luster. It was okay.

Really enjoyed this experience. It was fun and challenging. Brought my kids ranging in age from 12 to 30 and everyone had a good time.

Such a great experience. Disney world of haunted houses! Not overly scary so okay for older kids.read more

We did the drive through corn maze and and haunted houses. So much fun! (All adults here 30+) and we all had a great time. You first arrive to the drive through 20 mins prior to your selected time- wait just a little while which i liked because everyone goes in one by one and this is cool- plenty of space between cars!you tune your radio to the given station and drive through the attraction. Awesome set up- awesome actors - awesome experience. Lights off windows down and non stop spoOkiiness!! Following that you are directed Into a parking lot- park and you can enter the haunted houses. They are all little individual " panic rooms" very cool! All different themes in each house separated by a corn maze. After all of that you are led into a little village where there is a stage and they do magic performances- along with some food stands and the cutest little trinket store where we got some cool vintagey Knick knacks! I have to say, for an adult this was a lot of fun for our group of 4. There was no " bumping " into other people's groups or little kids ruining the time for us. The lines look kind of long but with social distancing implemented it's really not and you move right along! Not like haunted house ma use to be years ago when it was just chaotic and lines were insane.. The set up was so smooth and easy to follow ensuring you don't miss a thing ! From one attraction to the next just smooth transitions. It was definitely worth the hour ride! They did an amazing job with all of the decor and set ups you can tell they put a lot of work and care into their scare factor. Will definitely be back !!!! Great job & Thanks so much!!!!

ESCAPETHEROOMers are very excited to visit this location because this escape room is very special…read moreas it's located inside a museum! The Institute for American Indian Studies Museum & Research Center (IAIS) has an incredible museum exhibit which allows visitors to travel through time - displaying astounding artifacts while presenting information on prehistoric to contemporary Native Americans. They have a parking lot available right in front. To further their educational services, IAIS created "Wigwam Escape" - an escape room to challenge the ordinary museum experience. In continuing to preserve and educate the public about pre-contact natives, "Wigwam Escape" allows you to do so though an interactive, stimulating and captivating experience. We were fortunate enough to meet with the program coordinator and the room designer. The level of creativity that was implemented into the storyline, decor, and the puzzle designs really shows the level of passion IAIS and the staff have for their culture. From the customer service provided when you arrive to the lobby area, the staff is extremely kind and professional. The room itself had a fair amount of technology incorporated but because the storyline is that it happens in the year 1518, it's kept at a minimum. The technology used was cleverly used to keep up with the year 1518 which was quite impressive. The decor provided a realistic, immersive experience. Just a heads up that "Wigwam Escape" has is that some of the puzzle designs require bending down which could be physically challenging for some people but since this does require team work, we are sure you have someone in your group that's up for the challenge! We really recommend checking out IAIS and Wigwam Escape for an entertaining AND educational experience!
