I was working with the salesman in order to get a new panel and then all of a sudden everything went silent. I heard anything for a long time so I decided to call my salesman and when I spoke with him, he informed me that he no longer worked for the that you guys placed on disability, and the right thing to do would've been for your to notify me and let me know and get me a new salesman or something, but I never heard from you never heard from my salesman. I never heard anything so you tell me what is wrong with that picture so of course I was pretty shocked and surprised to hear that reached out and called you guys got things I straightened out got things rolling again. Got you in my corporate office together and it took forever day to me. I'm going to be honest I feel that Mr. Garcia and his crew were kind of thrown under the bus by your management to put out fires that they did not create so Mr. Garcia definitely stepped up to the plate. He took all criticism sarcasm or whatever because he knew that I had considering how long the project was and all of the hiccups bumps excuses, or whatever was thrown at me, so I definitely wanna give Mr. Garcia and his crew a thumbs up and a thank you with a lot of gratitude for their professional professionalism and due diligence on making sure that they help me and get this project finished and across the finish line because they had to deal with a lot of nonsense and BS from the inspector, and they did nothing but show the upmost professionalism and courtesy to a very, very unprofessional and rude inspector.
