This place sucks. They replaced my screen and battery for my iphone 5s for nearly 100. I expected it to be like new but instead they installed a lousy screen. The color of the screen would fade and look gray. The battery sucked also. It would die in a couple of hours and when it said it had 40 percent left it would just die. i brought my i pad 2 to get the screen replaced last year and once again this year. both times they told me it would be ready within a few hours and they would call me when its ready. this time i brought it in i never received a call back so i had to call them and they explained they had a lot of work to do so it would be ready the next day around afternoon. i went the next day around 3pm and still wasn't ready. read more

After my last visit i am very unhappy with them! I came in like 3 weeks ago to get my iPads screen fixed. When I got my iPad back the home button was pushed to far in . It made it really hard to press it. Then the actual glass on the screen wasn't glued in all the way and so there was a space there. I took it back and they fixed it. This should have been done the first time I left it! Now I also bought my mom a new boost mobile phone from them. She tried out her new phone for one day and then notified me that there was something wrong with it. The calls would drop because there was never any signal, the battery would die very quickly and when you would make a phone call the person on the other side would not hear clearly. So I took the phone back and they said they would try and fix it. When they finally returned it to me , they said it was fine. I told them I wanted a new phone because that one wasn't working when my mom was using it. They ended up giving me another one. This time my mom waited longer to test the phone out. And guess what!? Same thing happened! No signal and the calls were not heard clearly. So I took it back and again they said they would check it. Now I know it's the phone and not the company. I asked for a refund and they said no. I asked for a different phone and they said no. They said that the only thing I could do was buy a different phone. Wow wow wow! Your telling me that I paid for a phone that doesn't work and now I have to pay for another one!!!! Well I am definitely calling boost mobile and telling them all this! And I will never!!! Took my gaming PC there ( on a sunday) to check what components worked and which ones didn't due to water being spilled inside , the first guy told me that they were going to hook it up to a "special machine" to see what worked and what didn't, he said (GUY#1) it would take 2 days. I didn't feel like leaving it, so I said I would bring it in the next day. On that day (monday) the guy (GUY #2) told me that he had to take everything apart and test everything on a different computer and that it would be ready by tomorrow morning or afternoon(tuesday). So i left it there, got my receipt and left. So the following day (tuesday) I waited, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, no call, so I called, he said that "he was just about to call me" He said he tested everything but the CPU and that everything worked except the motherboard, and that it needed to be replaced. He said he would call me back in an hour to let me know if the CPU worked or not. Guess what? No call. So the NEXT day (wednesday) I waited for a call,12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm. Finally I got tired of being jerked around so I called, no answer, I called the other number on the card, straight to voice mail. So, I got in my car and drove to the store. Guess what? They are closed! On a Wednesday! At 3 in the afternoon! So I got pissed off and went home. I wait till 5pm-6pm and call, guess what, they answer. I asked about my computer and asked if it was ready. Went to go pick it up, got there, said I'm here for my computer. He says, (the same guy I've been dealing with this whole time GUY#2) " do you have your receipt? I reply "My receipt? You didn't tell me I need my receipt? And he points to a sign that says that I need my receipt. ( he didn't think to tell me that before I went over there, keep in mind this is the first time i have ever been to a computer store, let alone this one). So I told him " you can't give it to me even though you know it is mine?" He said unapologetically said "sorry" So, anoyyed by this, i said "alright, I'll be back" and just as I am leaving some old guy in the back tells him to ask me if I have my ID, and he goes "do you have your ID?( of course I have my fucking ID what do you think I came here with my daughter on a damn horse?) So I give him my ID and he brings me my PC and I ask " so everything works, i just need to replace my Motherboard right?" He goes "yeah, just replace the Motherboard and you should be good" so I thank him and leave. The next day I go buy a compatible motherboard for my PC, install it, boot it up, and guess what. THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM THAT I HAD BEFORE I TOOK IT TO THEM! I honestly feel like they didn't do JACK SHIT to see what worked and what didn't. Take your computer to them if you want to be jacked around and not have your problem resolved. read more
