After calling 3 times and being transferred and disconnected twice I finally was told my services were shut off as we are not under contract alas today I get a notification that they are coming to complete service! Today I call again get transferred again to which I was told they cannot help me as my husband is now the primary account person and I have to answer questions to verify. Mind you I get all the emails and text messages. I did get mean as I have been dealing with this for a month and was told it was resolved and now they won't talk to me super convenient. As the representative Thomas got mean right back at me that I wasn't letting him help me... I am beyond angry at this point! If I could leave no stars I would what a disappointment!

First treatment was good, Robert was very patient in explaining various treatment options and how it works.
