Both are highly responsibly, well thought of people in the city of Glendale. So when they referred me to CKK Computers (not far from city headquarters) this was the first call I made. Got a chance to speak to Chris, who invited me down later that afternoon (yesterday). (I was told to call first because CKK does a lot of in house consultations. Which was/is true because Chris was in a consultation when I arrived. Then again in the aft when I returned at 3 pm. (to make a purchase of a Lenovo that Chris recommended.) They have tons of in-house product, i.e. laptops, desktops, refurbished, refreshed items that are top shelf. Certainly this Lenovo is, and I might well return to purchase a DELL "gaming" laptop that Chris highly recommended (for the graphics alone which Chris described). But for the holiday I just needed a cheap, functioning laptop to finish a writing project - and Chris gave me a great deal on this Lenovo. I shut off my computer, went to Yelp and was happy to find someone who specializes in Apple/Mac. I then asked my La Canada Flintridge friends and one person endorsed him whole-heartedly. I called Jack and lucky for me he said to come over in a couple of hours. He has a nice, bright office next to his house, not far from the freeway exit for Trader Joe's. He's so easy to work with--smart, personable and clear. He knew exactly what needed to be done. I have a backup service, but having done a backup install before, I knew that would take days. Jack took care of everything and had my laptop back to me that same day. There is nothing like the security of knowing your computer is only in the hands of one trustworthy person instead of sitting in a backroom, handed off to someone you've never spoken to. Also, Jack is an authorized Apple tech and his fees are fair. He also helped me choose the right router (I was about to buy something I would have regretted). I have told all my Mac friends about him so I thought I should get around to posting here. Two things you should know: 1) Be sure to call first, he only sees people by appointment and 2) He takes cash and checks, no credit cards. If you have a Mac, this is your guy.

I let them know he was a service animal when a lady spoke to the gentleman in Armenian the gentleman in the back left office came out and said no animals sorry were closed and asked me to leave, I left and decided to just write a review terrible customer service, wouldn't allow service animal, and blatantly said were closed when their hours clearly state they are open if you don't need the business just close up shop. ( I believe I interrupted lunch so was probably upset)
