Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. So she said she would check in the back to see if any were there. Out of stock. After I got home I was going to order them on line but I needed its exact label to search. First call the gentleman (Andy Andrew-?) he said oh I call them "traction aids", thanked him and we ended call. It was not coming up on the website. Called back and the young man had no idea what I was talking about. So I gave him specific directions where the girl showed me they were. He placed me on hold said he spoke to manager and referred to the ones for tires. I informed him I said for shoes not tires. He then stated they were out of them. I said no kidding that's what I told you to begin with, you need to pay attention to what the customers are telling you. I do not curse nor did I. This young man hung up on me and told his boss I was being disrespectful. After a 3rd attempt to get it correctly identified so I can purchase it on line. Apparently he took that as disrespectful and hung up on me. I called back and NO ONE, probably him, would answer my call. I called from another phone and the store manager Patrick answered. I explained what happened and was that acceptable behavior or poor customer service? I asked him, if you asked for the 3rd time, wouldn't you be agitated? He said.....well the employee thought you were being disrespectful. I informed him this employee needs clarification on disrespect. He was not doing his job to its fullest for customer service. Well, ya'll just lost a sale because I will go to Amazon and get one now. The female employee would be a great mentor for this lazy employee. Smh. Btw, I gave Patrick the manager the location to find it, I also asked him what the name of that employee was and he said......I will tell you when I find your product. He knew who that employee was because he had to hear that phone ringing without being answered. Surely that employee (Zach) informed him why he wasn't answering. Hmmm? So Patrick put me on hold for 7 minutes (really guys), came back a told me the product name was Ice Cleats, unfortunately it to was not coming up on my search of the website. I had to ask Patrick again the name of this employee, oh it is Zach. Perhaps customer service is not Zach's strong point?

10 years after my first review, and newer old car later, I can still say the service is top notch…read more Last week I dropped off for service due to a "rattle" which had been diagnosed by a sub-par team at pep boys Ritchie Hwy as needing a new air compressor ($$$$). The team at Moore realized this was not at all the problem and fixed my belt tensioner same day. Alas, only a few days later (again my ride is not a new new vehicle, but one with "only" about 95000 miles) the passenger side window failed. Moore, again, was able to make the repair in a day, getting me safely back on the road. Chris was in constant communication and was so considerate and understanding.

Fairly small store and pricey…read more I stopped by for an online return and decided to purchase a few feet of fuel line. Other stores were offering it for around $3/ft. Imagine my surprise when I asked for 4 feet and it was over $25! My fault for not asking first (cashier wasn't exactly forthcoming with information). Had I known I would have waited and bout the 25 ft of heavy duty hose off amazon for the same price. Probably my first and last stop in this store.

I'm not tall enough to see into the hood of a car so I never learned what any of the pieces look like. I've heard them mentioned, so I know they exist, but don't ask me what they do. I suppose that will change over time. I'm in for years of Jeremy telling me about cars. The same thing happened to me with guitars and Star Trek. I didn't know anything about those thing either, until I met Jeremy. Anyway... we walked to AutoZone because Jeremy had a client on Philip Dr. And it was the closest auto parts store, but they did not have whatever we were after, so we went down the street to O'Reilly's.

When i went back to pick…read moreit up after work the next day the mechanic told me his suppliers didn't have my oil filter in stock and that if I could find it he could do it another time. I went to get into my car and it was running and the doors were unlocked. I went to ask the mechanic why my car was running and he said he didn't know. He turned it off and locked it when he couldn't find my filter. Upset with his response I walked back to my car which was about 1000 degrees inside I went to turn the ac knob to full blast but it was already on. I turned the knob off and then back on and my ac wasn't blowing any air at all. I got back out and went to ask the mechanic how long my car was running because now my ac isn't working. He walked to my car with me as I asked him again why he left my car running and unlocked. He swears he turned it off and locked it so he turned it off and pushed the lock and guess what , it locked it. So I asked him since he is a mechanic how my car got started and unlocked all by itself and he had no answer. I will NEVER use them again. The mechanic could have just admitted he made a mistake but instead tried to blow me off and dismissed me. He got lucky because after I left my car off for awhile my AC started working again. My camera in my car was running so long that it filled the memory card and started over leaving no videos except for an empty car. I wonder if something happened and he left it running on purpose so he wouldn't be on my camera.
