For all the people on here that say he is a nice guy I thought the same thing. When I got there, he…read moredrove me around the property showing it to me and going in and out of eighteen-wheeler containers looking for if he had what we needed. I had to stay for two hours, and he was drinking so nothing was done. We scheduled for me to come and when I called to confirm I was on my way I received no answer or reply. Days later when I received a reply, we scheduled for me to come out at 12:00, I arrived at 12:30 and waited for him but he never showed up. Three days later we scheduled for me to come back again at 8am. When I arrived, he was asleep at his motor home, so I knocked on the door and woke him up, after waiting for him to get ready we went into his shop to look at my generator. He said we need one part of my generator for it to work but it ended up needing several. He left me with the generator telling me to do some work on it while he looked for parts. I checked the oil and flushed it also put on belt covers and brackets all while instead of looking for the parts needed, he was tending to his property. When I walked out of his shop to find him, he was moving things around in his yard with a bobcat. When he finished with the bobcat, he began trimming trees and bushes. He tried working on his tv saying that a football game was coming on so after an hour of trying to find the football game he said all his lights were flickering and left to go and fix it. After a while I went to look for him and when I found him, he was behind his tv unplugging and twisting wires. He claimed he was fixing the lights for his property but was just unplugging the tv and wires around it. If you know what I know you can tell what's going on here, he claimed he worked night shift and didn't sleep much. When he finally stopped working on his tv I asked him about a possible warranty. He said that there would be no warranty due to us "running the hell out of it" which I just said OK. He told me he had enough time in the generators and was putting them in my van and I was going to pay him. When I mentioned coming back the next day and running the generator, he began getting unsettled and panicked. He slammed his cabinet door and started throwing things around his shop. I asked if I could take my generator, and he tells me no that he needed his parts off it then told me to "get the F*** off of his property you're lucky I'm a nice guy" all while standing next to an AR-15 mounted on his wall. After feeling scared and threatened I got in my van and left. He said he wanted a $500 deposit which I only paid $200. I've had my boat out of the water since October and the last thing I need is my generator. I didn't receive much feedback about this guy but decided to give him a try but NEVER again. Please beware of people like this man. Thanks

I hired Brian to replace my motor August on 9th. He quoted me 3 weeks and said the motor was in…read morestock at Volvo. Although he was thousand of dollars more expensive than anyone else I went with him because of the delivery time. I gave him a $10,000 deposit. After three weeks he told me the boat would not be ready. He also informed me he cut the motor mount brackets instead of removing the bolts creating an extra expense. Also, he told me he was going on vacation for ten days. A few days after his return from his vacation he called to inform me he did not have a motor available. Worse yet all the motors for that boat were already taken and he would have to have one rebuilt or wait until the end of September when Volvo would have one available. He could have one rebuilt from another source but could not honor the warrantee and the cost would be the same. After over 5 weeks I was "STARTING OVER" I took my boat to another shop to be repaired AND SO SHOULD YOU! Rob Konrad

I agreed to that. 3 days late he called and said he thinks the boat was sunk and that the engine has a bad cylinder, bad fuel lines, a leaking fuel tank and that they are known for this. I said it was not worth the cost of a new motor to fix it along with the replacement of the fuel tank and lines he offered me $3000.00 for the boat and aluminum trailer. I told him i would think about it. I went to pick it up and he charged me $360.00. I said that he told me 120.00 but he said that was per hour and he had 3 hours checking it out. I called another shop and told them what Capt Greg said was wrong with my boat, the man told me that Greg was a know scam artist in the area. He was 4 weeks out for repairs , so I went to another repair shop , he said the exact same thing about Greg but that he could get to it in a week or so. They cleaned and replaced the fuel and filter and rebuild one carburetor for $534.81 Moral to the story: I almost sold this boat for 3k to a con man! My gut told me to walk away from this con man. He comes on as this nice old guy that wants to help you out, but he wants to take advantage of you and underhandedly take your boat from you so he can sell it later and make a killing on it!! This is 5 out of 5 really bad reviews he has gotten, stay away from this guy
