I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.

They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Even when my car continued having issues, they stayed committed to helping me through the process. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care meant so much to me. It's hard to find a shop that truly cares about their customers the way they do. If you're looking for an auto repair shop that treats you like family and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Tito's Auto Care. Thank you all for your hard work, your patience, and for showing so much compassion. I truly appreciate everything you've done for me!

At Tito's you can drop your car off and they can shuttle you anywhere you need to be (within a 10min radius). I usually get dropped off across the road to get lunch. I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with their work. They replace and cut keys if you need more copies, do both standard and drum breaks, and more. Truly full service. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. They check in as they work on your car if they find any additional issues.

I'm glad i stumbled across this place reading reviews from yelp. The reviews were on point, this place is fast, friendly, price are reasonable mechanics were very efficient and nice, they took the time to explain in detail the issue with the car. I will be coming back for any other repair for my car.

We tend to be rather cautious, as I'm sure many are, about shops. In the past, we've driven (or…read moretowed) our cars 30 minutes away to a garage we trusted, but they were starting to become more expensive and less consistently solid in their work. We happened upon K&M almost a year ago, and couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the prices, the good location, and the demeanor of all the workers over that time. The problems (or possible ones) are generally explained in a way that fills in the gaps in your knowledge without making you seem stupid; it actually feels like they want to educate you instead of begrudgingly explaining enough to justify you opening your wallet (including different brands/qualities of a particular part). It's a good sign that they are so busy, so even though it's sometimes tough to wait a few days to get on their schedule, it's worth it. Even then, I had a problem with my brakes the other day, and Chris explained his theory over the phone, took it for a test drive(s), realized it could be a quick fix, and took care of it right away for less than I was expecting. Recommended, for sure.
