I called up JT Auto as soon as my check engine light came on and I was connected with Lisa, who is an absolute gem! She was able to get me an appointment for the next day and walked me through the whole process. I had to come back more than once in between my meetings, and Lisa was very considerate and informed me that because they were experiencing a delay, she could stay open a little late so I could pick up my vehicle. The first time I checked in, she informed me that the wrong part was sent over, but Lisa expertly navigated calling the right folks to ensure that I got the right part! When picking up my car, JT was able to answer all my questions and recommended some helpful service tips that may save me from some grief in the future. The second time I went in was for routine maintenance and the whole JT Auto team was able to get me in and out ASAP! I can say with confidence that JT Auto is my go-to location for all my car needs. Sam looked at it and looked at me gravely, letting me know it was majorly cracked. He told me that they could get it the best they could, but it would never truly look the same. Sam reminded me of a surgeon telling an athlete that they would walk again, but they'd never play in the pros. Sam and I both acknowledged that they don't make these wheels anymore and I told Sam to do what he could to save her life. This was late Monday afternoon when Sam gave me my wheel's prognosis and by mid Tuesday he had fixed her up. I went and met my sure to be still mangled and scarred wheel today. Little did I know that Sam and the rest of the Rim Renew crew are brilliant plastic surgeons. It looks amazing! I gotta say, my wheels already had quite a few dings and blemishes, but as far as the pothole's attempted murder wounds...you can barely tell! Thanks Sam and crew :)

The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one.
