I had my temporary tags and plates in hand within 48 hours--something the previous company couldn't deliver, especially since I later found out (thanks to Prestige) that they weren't even certified to handle my title. Even when I called feeling flustered due to misinformation from the MVA, Ms. Boston remained calm, professional, and continued to support me without hesitation. The vehicle could've been sold for $1 , it's still a legal transaction ESPECIALLY being that I already acquired the title. After I demanded an explanation for why she was kicking me out of her office, she proceeded to yell loudly, in front of other clients. I pulled out my phone to document the spectical she was making and she PUSHED me out of the doorway using the door. Legally I had the right to report her to the authorities but a $4 notary wasn't worth the stress. I wouldn't suggest anyone use this service or patronize this business. Her office is dirty unorganized, with an unpleasant smell and it looks like she lives there.. also she didn't have shoes on very unprofessional
