The service is amazing and quite frankly I started coming here for my other vehicle as well. They have you in and out of there. I haven't spent more than 30 minutes in the office whether it was brand new tags or renewal. The price you pay to use this service pales in comparison to the time you'll waste at the MVA. For example, my last visit to the Westminster MVA was 7 hours long. Why? They didn't call anyone to tell them their computer system was down. Everyone just showed up and was giving the option to wait or rebook appointments (2 months out!!!!). You all save me so much time! And time is money!

The staff at Norman's helped me register my Connecticut purchased vehicle in Maryland, just provided all the documentation the dealer provided me with and they also helped me process my request for my specialty plate. I came back in 48 hours to pick up the plate, and the fee was $40 for their services. I have no idea how this might compare to other Tag & Title businesses, but I deemed it worthwhile to bypass the waiting and intermittent surliness of MD MVA staff.
