If I had tried to renew my tags on line or in person I would have had no idea resolve that. Ms. Boston know how to find out how to solve the problem in minutes. (I had to get paperwork from the commpany I bought the car from.) She coordinated the paperwork with the DMV, which I wouldn't know how to do. She saved me hours and a lot of heartache. She took me through the process. I had to come back for a couple of things, but the awesome thing about that is you don't have a gigantic line like you normally would at the DMV. Technically, you pay a bit of a processing fee versus going directly to the MVA, but it's definitely worth it to get such excellent guidance and service.
