She took me through the process. I had to come back for a couple of things, but the awesome thing about that is you don't have a gigantic line like you normally would at the DMV. Technically, you pay a bit of a processing fee versus going directly to the MVA, but it's definitely worth it to get such excellent guidance and service.

Business owner is completely unprofessional. After looking at the price of my bill of sale for a…read morecar my uncle gifted me for graduation, she told me to "get out" and refused service because there's "no way someone would sell me a 2014 for that price" when I repeatedly explained it was a "gift" from a family member. The vehicle could've been sold for $1 , it's still a legal transaction ESPECIALLY being that I already acquired the title. After I demanded an explanation for why she was kicking me out of her office, she proceeded to yell loudly, in front of other clients. I pulled out my phone to document the spectical she was making and she PUSHED me out of the doorway using the door. Legally I had the right to report her to the authorities but a $4 notary wasn't worth the stress. I wouldn't suggest anyone use this service or patronize this business. Her office is dirty unorganized, with an unpleasant smell and it looks like she lives there.. also she didn't have shoes on very unprofessional
