It's pretty easy to find, located in a tiny shack on Hammond Ferry Road in Lansdowne, The place is very clean, obviously brand new, and it was quick and painless. I paid five bucks to turn in the tags, received a payment receipt, and had the registration cancellation in my e-mail the following day. I imagine title work is more complicated, but when you have to do anything involving the DMV, it's nice to have options.

The staff at Norman's helped me register my Connecticut purchased vehicle in Maryland, just provided all the documentation the dealer provided me with and they also helped me process my request for my specialty plate. I came back in 48 hours to pick up the plate, and the fee was $40 for their services. I have no idea how this might compare to other Tag & Title businesses, but I deemed it worthwhile to bypass the waiting and intermittent surliness of MD MVA staff.
